Great pizza but the problems and stupidity you will have to endure for said pizza is not worth the hassle. Have had multiple occasions where the order was wrong but the most recent was the final straw. Picked up order and it didn't include the 2L soda that we paid for. Unfortunately, we did not notice this at pick up and instead found it missing when we arrived home. No problem, right? Call the store, explain the situation and the genius keeps arguing that they can't give us "free stuff." After multiple attempts to explain we don't want his "free stuff" but rather what we paid for, it became obvious this was a pointless venture. To move things along we ask to speak to the manager to which he tells us, he is the manager. (How they stay in business I don't know.) After a few more attempts to explain this highly sophisticated and hard to understand concept of being shorted a stupid 2L bottle of soda we asked for the phone number of the district manager. He said he can't provide that but he will pass a message on for us. I'm not confident in this communication method but what do we have to lose. The Mensa Manager calls backs a few minutes later to tell us he can't get hold of the district manager and offers to give us the number. (Isn't this what we asked for to start?) We say sure and he proceeds to provide extremely long, yet vague in details on how to go to the website, search for the contact manager section, fill out an email communication form, etc... Forget it, we have wasted far too much time of our life over a stupid 2L soda! I will though take the time to never use this Hungry Howie's again and will be sure to let every person I can find know what a horrible...

On Aug 24 I attempted an online order but kept receiving an error when trying to complete. I contacted the store and was told by the young man on the phone “uhh that doesn’t seem legit. I don’t know anything about that” I read what the Hungry Howies website stated verbatim. He replied with “uh I don’t know what the website says but 51% doesn’t sound legit.” I asked if he could pull up the website to view it and was told he had to way to do so. Asked if he had a computer and was told none. Asked if he could look on a phone just to view what I was trying to tell him and was told no. He stated he was the manager and no one else would talk to me. Then asked how old I was.. completely irrelevant and rude to ask a CUSTOMER. Told me he was 55 and hung up on me. This location run by immature 16 year olds who refuse to even try to help someone wanting to place an order. Look at website and explain it’s not their location or give me a polite explanation and I’ll pay full price, fine! Treat me like I’m crazy and ask my age?...
Read moreI wish there was a 0 star option. I've never had a worse experience ordering pizza my entire life. We placed an online order, it took 45 minutes for the email to go through. I called the store 15 minutes minutes after we placed it having not received confirmation. We placed the identical order. I get a call 20 minutes later from someone, they inform me that they are canceling the phone order, everything is cool, it's out the door. I get the order, missing one item and the pizza isn't right either. Frankly, I'm amazed this place is still in business the way it operates. I'll make SURE to never order anything from Hungry Howies or this store ever again. I mean, WOW, how do you screw up this much???
** edit. Pizza arrived cold. Not warm, Cold. Flavorless and pathetic. I've eaten high school pizzas that tasted better. I called and complained, and they offered us a free meal. We'll see if that actually happens and if it is close to being edible and correct. I'm debating this being the most expensive meal my dogs...
