IMPERIAL DRAFT BEER — Restaurant in Tampa

I live in the area went to this place because it's new wanted to give them a try per the reviews... The atmosphere was a lounge bar vibe but laid back and chill at the same time.Got there the staff didn't seem very welcoming but did their job nonetheless. Got seated offered drinks. We ordered 2 drinks to start and looked at the menu the place did not have anyone in it at that point in time except for two other patrons who were just at the bar for drinks no food we placed our order and waited 40 minutes for 8 small onion (not real)processed oven baked soggy onion rings with a sprinkling of green onions and another 20 minutes for an arugula goat cheese prosciutto pizza maybe 3 pieces of prosciutto on the whole pizza. The pizza served was half cooked grainy full of just white flour on the bottom . The pictures I saw before coming did not represent what I got. I really wanted to enjoy my meal and my experience due to all the great reviews... Unfortunately it's not the place for me. Good luck to the business it is a charming...

I visited the new local bar with high hopes but left utterly disappointed. The service was abysmal, with our chicken tacos arriving an hour late, cold, tasteless and soggy as if they’d been scooped straight from a can and sat on a table for an hour.

When I sent the tacos back, the owner, Serguei, came out to our table and responded with a cold dismissive attitude, offering no apology or solution.

It was shocking to see such indifference to serving potentially unsafe and disgusting food. The overall experience was reminiscent of a failing restaurant featured on bar rescue, where the owner is indifferent to the quality of food and service.

This disregard for customer satisfaction and culinary standards is a recipe for failure. I was shocked by Serguei‘s attitude and how he could sleep at night, standing by such a repulsive dish. I will not be returning to this...
