Store #403 has the most terrible customer service you've ever came across in centuries. I went there at 8pm, restroom locked, Grace Aviles, the cashier was absolutely so terribly rude and irate with myself explaining to her personal policy that after the restroom is cleaned it is closed. I said im a paying customer and this shouldn't be, closing manager Leah Ellis interceded saying "I'll let you use it. Aviles was so upset screaming from the front to the back that "your steady talking... Just use the bathroom" several times, i hear her loud and disrespectful it was ridiculous. I return to the front i asked what was she saying she looked at me with the dirtiest look and said " you steady talking.... Just use the bathroom", im like excuse me I was speaking to her manager who has no authority to speak with consumers over Avilles.... Who them refused to serve me because i explained that was contacting the corporate office and reporting her and the rules made up by them.... NEVER GO HERE IS IF YOU KNOW HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ANY COMPANIES CHARACTER, INTEGRITY, AND MORALITY. Very disrespected, disappointed, and upsetting is this place and the missions statement is even more upsetting, it expresses nothing on customers, or service.... There statement expresses meat, and fast service absolutely a bad statement to employees not training them on ethics.    Read moreI work at the VA Hospital down the street from this location, the service is fast 9 out of 10 times my only issue is after 16 months of ordering from this Jimmy John's the last 4 to 5 months constant little issues but the one that bothers me the most is simply getting my sandwich cut in half. Typically I share it or save the other half for later. Not a fan of other people touching my food so this is why I ask.. Grace who is very pleasant on the phone knows this is my pep level w/ this location and everything she says we will make sure to cut in half next time. At this point I no longer want to order from this location because my simple wishes seem of no concern even though I ve brought this up numerous times. The guy here at work even make a joke of it b/c no matter how I stress this when I order it still doesn't get cut. I order from JJ b/c I have limited time for my break and have to get back to taking care of our Veterans. Sorry hate to complain but I'm over ibis as if I'm asking some weird request. I always take care of the drivers and have been extremely patient with not getting my order the way I ask. Thanks for the last 16 months but I'll be taking my money...
   Read moreMy boyfriend and I just left this restaurant and had a terrible experience. Whoever was working at 8:45pm on 7/15/23 needs to take a training course in customer service. God forbid I ask what all comes on a sandwich because when I did, the person mumbled under their breath and rolled their eyes and didnât ask if I wanted anything else on the sandwich. I wanted other toppings but didnât want to speak up because of the attitude that was given even though I was talking about the toppings out loud. Then after my sandwich the person asked my boyfriend what else he wants on his as a jab at me. This person besides that was completely silent and there was no music either so it was just awkward standing there. We didnât even want to stay and sit and eat so we took it to go and when we were leaving my boyfriend goes âhave a good nightâ and we got no response or any acknowledgement. All in all, we left frustrated and I hope this person never works alone again and leaves the customer...
