Saturday would have been my third visit to this location for a pedicure. On my other visits there was only one other person there so I was surprised that they were busy but asked how long the wait would be. I was finally told an actual time of 30 mins after asking the woman owner three times because she kept telling me that she had other manicures versus answering my question…I went to the car to charge my phone and came back in 25 mins. I sat for 40 more mins inside while they finished with the last pedicure customer. I ended up asking if they could start my water since the employee was painting at this point(I shouldn’t have had to ask). On my way to the chair I asked to use the bathroom first and when I came out they had put a walk in into my seat smh So I asked the woman owner if they were open on Sunday and for the hours but instead of answering she insisted that they would help me now. I proceeded to head for the door at which point she tells me they open at 11:00am and I had to prob to even learn the full hours are 11-5pm LOL Honestly, the only reason I have been to this location more than once is bc the gentleman who does the pedicures is super sweet and does AMAZING foot massages! However, I do not appreciate the way the owner and his wife speaks to customers. In fact I was appalled by the way the owner was speaking to his wife as she rearranged the powders on the wall on my first visit! On my previous visits the disrespect was always directed elsewhere, but as I was leaving the owner chose to randomly and rudely state“ you are the one who keeps leaving”. I never left…I was sitting in my car that was parked directly in front of their door charging my phone AND I came back 5 minutes before the quoted time. I will definitely not be visiting this location again. I will give them 3 stars because of the gentleman who does the pedicures, otherwise it would be a 1 star. Customer service is very important in the service industry and it is clearly not...

The absolute best nail salon I’ve gone to. My nail tech took his time and provided quality service. The pedicure was so relaxing and I even got a nice leg message. My gel nails were done two weeks ago and they still look like new. I’m looking forward to trying other services offered by this Salon.

I went back a few times and received great service from the guy. I begin to notice the salon suddenly was empty all of the time. I was told they haven’t been busy because kids were going back to school. This time the female owner talked me into getting powder nails which the do not dip. She applied the powder as if she was doing acrylic nails. They only lasted a week. I had to go to another nail salon to get real dip powder nails. The nail tech at the new salon had the hardest time getting the powder off because it was applied evenly and way too thick. I had to soak my nails in acetone for 25 minutes. I have real Dip nails now and they’ve been on for 3 weeks and look nature. I say if you go here, get gel nails only and let one of...

I got their spa pedicure the give you the price for $50 or $55 dollar on the brochure. Will I got the $55 the say it come with gel nail polish with volcano spa. I ask the person that was doing my nails how much he stated $55 for everything and I said ok. However, when I want to pay for the service the told $65 dollar. I ask why is that when he told $55 also the brochure is $55 dollar. The problem is that the lies about their price one give an other 🤯😤😡🤢👎 I use to bad for their for other would tell about then but I have seen it first. The our told if I don't have I shouldn't get my nail that was not the case for me. I had some money on my card and money on me.
