Came here & had a horrible experience. The drive thru person was so rude but my husband & I were hungry & didnât really care too much. After getting home we noticed that half our order was missing. My husband called & the guy on the phone asked what exactly we were missing, apologized, & said we could come through the drive thru again to let them know & theyâd fix it. It wasnât a big deal bc we couldâve checked when we were there & we didnât. Once I got there the drive thru person was EXTREMELY rude & even laughed when I said I was missing half my order. He asked me questions about it insinuating that I was lying. Mind you, Iâm 8 months pregnant & already had to drive 30 mins back to get the rest of the food. He then made me come inside. After standing there for 5 mins someone finally comes to help me out. They asked who my husband spoke to but we didnât get a name so they asked for my receipt which I happily gave. The workers were all huddled together looking at the receipt & I watched the drive thru guy come over & roll his eyes and smirk. They never asked me specifically what I was missing so i assumed they spoke to the guy my husband spoke to & got the items from him. After they gave me the food I went to my car & thought to check, & the food was wrong again. I went back to tell them it was wrong & exactly what was missing. The drive thru guy then walked over & said right in front of me to the lady helping me âI feel like it doesnât matter how many people we have we can never get anything rightâ & proceeded to give attitude. She let me keep the food bc they were just gonna throw it out & I finally got the food I was missing. Unfortunately, my husband & I both spent the night & morning with HORRIBLE stomach aches, endless toilet runs, & constant vomiting. I canât comment on the cleanliness of their food handling and prep but I would not recommend coming...
   Read moreWent here tonight because we usually always have great food. And ok customer service but tonight was definitely not up to our expectations. First we ordered 4 meals and some apps and I guess it was to much because when we got to window cashier was rude and very short on words. My order was for $$44 so she asked for ID on my card which was my husbands but she accepted anyway even though we have different last names. She then gave me a pin to sign slip but then clipboard and pin at me through window so pin fell on ground. She had to get another pin so she was mad. She then parked us because had to wait for food. Then same girl brought our foood out to us but did not bring terayaki sauce that she asked if we wanted on side. So she had to run back in and grab She came back out and literally threw them thru my window and one bag fell onto my floor board and spilt out in my car. At this point I was not happy but I did not go in because I felt like it was going to do nothing so I left. To call Corp on Monday but now my carpet I need to clean and my car stinks. Next we ate food and not one but all four of us got sick off of it, not sure if itâs not propper handling or what but it wasnât a good night on us. Also ordered crab Rangoon and not one of them had crab in it only cream cheese. DONT THINK WE WILL BE RETURNING...
   Read moreThe young guy taking my order tonight was extremely extremely rude. He was upset that I paid cash and asked me if I could pay another way so he wouldn't have to count my change back. I only had cash on me so that's all I could use tonight. He then became even more upset and he went to his coworkers to complain about me paying with cash. He then tossed my changed out the drive thru window into my vehicle not even giving me a chance to actually grab the dollars and change he was giving me back. Then he aggressively tossed my bag of food out the window towards my vehicle without saying a word and then with a bad attitude slammed the slider window showing how upset he was. At that point I checked my food and my order was completely wrong. I stayed in line and asked him if they could fix my order or just give me my money back due to the extremely bad experience. He refused to help me at all so at this point I accepted that my order was wrong and I just paid $25 for food I did not want or order. I went down the road to a different restaurant and got food I actually wanted and had a great experience at that establishment. Just wanted to make this review to let everyone know to stay away from this Panda Express. Zero out of ten...
