Yes, “The Champagne Bar” is as magical as the name may suggest. It’s also just about what you’d think- a cutesy little bar that serves primarily champagne and a few other cocktail drinks.
The Champagne Bar is tucked inside the Oxford Exchange. It’s a great stop while you’re waiting on your reservation at the restaurant inside (you do need a rez for it) or just to walk around and shop in the several gift areas. They do have their own seating but it’s a couple small tables that can fill up quickly.
For being such a small bar they had a decent menu of drinks. Every one we tried was really quite good, and mixed well. The bar tenders were super nice and very sincere in telling us what drinks were still available and if they had run out of anything.

This mini bar is just the cutest and the sweetest! Let’s pop...

We waited our turn but when the gentleman ahead of us and the manager were done talking, the manager just walked away without acknowledging us! I tried to make eye contact with the bar tenders to see if we could come over to order, but he just stared back at us without inviting us over. We didn't know what to do. Very unclear. And very...
