Yes, “The Champagne Bar” is as magical as the name may suggest. It’s also just about what you’d think- a cutesy little bar that serves primarily champagne and a few other cocktail drinks. The Champagne Bar is tucked inside the Oxford Exchange. It’s a great stop while you’re waiting on your reservation at the restaurant inside (you do need a rez for it) or just to walk around and shop in the several gift areas. They do have their own seating but it’s a couple small tables that can fill up quickly. For being such a small bar they had a decent menu of drinks. Every one we tried was really quite good, and mixed well. The bar tenders were super nice and very sincere in telling us what drinks were still available and if they had run out of anything. Do expect the drink prices to be on the higher side- this is basically in downtown Tampa and is a specialty cocktail bar only serving drinks. So, yeah they jack their prices some but it’s good quality at least. This mini bar is just the cutest and the sweetest! Let’s pop some champagne!

Was hoping for more. Went to have some champagne and caviar for my birthday. While the champagne flight was good, I felt like the server was annoyed that he had to work. The caviar was tasty, but they served it with homemade chips. Again, while they were good, they were the wrong thing to serve with caviar, totally overpowering. And to top it off, there is almost no seating. Since it is in the middle of shopping and outside the restaurant, other people were occupying the few seats they had without being a part of the champagne bar. Would not waste my money to go back.

A really cute and fun little spot tucked away in the Oxford Exchange. As the name suggests, they primarily serve champagne, but also have some cocktails and lite bites. It's a great spot to hang out and sip some champagne, while you wait for your reservation or just because. The staff is always friendly, attentive and I just love bringing my out of town guests here!

We stood patiently at the fancy shell counter waiting for our turn, but someone was in front of us talking to the manager about a dispute with his check. We waited our turn but when the gentleman ahead of us and the manager were done talking, the manager just walked away without acknowledging us! I tried to make eye contact with the bar tenders to see if we could come over to order, but he just stared back at us without inviting us over. We didn't know what to do. Very unclear. And very...
