Food was tasty. Got the dungeness crab boil with shrimp, mussels, and baby octopus. Went with a group of 8 and they accommodated us well. Food is good!

Where they need to improve is their service and communication. Had someone who didn’t want spicy in our group so we asked for whatever made it spicy to be on the side. Waitress said the spiciness came from a liquid so I naturally thought that meant we’d get like hot sauce on the side. Instead we got a whole cup of sauce and I didn’t think much of it until the receipt came out and we were charged $6 for that separate “medium-flavor” cup of sauce. She said she could talk to her manager about the misunderstanding but we were still charged bc we didn’t return the sauce when we were first given it. They never communicated it would be an extra charge and that should have been more clear when I was asking questions about how to accommodate everyone in our party. Also, getting our water refilled did not happen once they served us, no check-ins to see how we were doing.

I wish I was a crawfish so I could coat my entire body in their Works sauce and not be judged. That's how tasty it is. The servers are friendly, attentive, and wait until after you're done chewing and licking your fingers before asking you how the food is. For that reason alone, they get 5 stars. Even the manager met us with a smile and asked us if we needed drink refills. She's locked in...pay her well. The decor is on point and gives off a casual yet refined vibe that lets the customers know that "it's okay to eat with your hands, suck on shrimp heads, and lick your fingers after". We had dinner on Friday night for grand opening! It was absolutely amazing! We planned for our son’s birthday because he wanted crab legs and that’s exactly what we got (Combo B), a kids meal and appetizers. The food was yummy and cooked perfectly for us. We always order a side of “the works sauce” since my husband and kids like the garlic butter and the portion is well worth it!Everything from extra plates, napkins and utensils were set so it was very convenient.
