Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

I went tonight and ordered 3 ice cream hoping to relax and be happy eating ice cream with my sisters but the music was SSSOOOO LOUD that we couldn’t hear each other talking. Not only was it so loud, but the speakers weren’t of sound quality and so the buzzing or static made it more annoying. Workers need to turn down the music because it’s not a club! Also, I they need to try smiling and delivering decent customer service. At least say hello and welcome. Maybe they did, but can’t hear over the blaring music. Also, the playlist is vulgar and so it’s not inclusive of people that don’t listen to vulgarity. I’d say management needs to do some professional development. For $30, I should be able to dine in comfortably. Instead, I had to go out to the hotel lobby to find a more peaceful and relaxing environment. I’m NEVER going back! This Haagen Dazs here at the Crowne Plaza is AMAZING. First off the interior/decor is great. As expected for a place like Haagen Dazs. Second of all, the customer service was great. Was NOT rude or mean. And was VERY and ABSOLUTELY nice and polite. Third, we ordered a fondue. And as expected, it was also amazing. So here's what happened: we arrived to the Crowne Plaza. We came to Haagen Dazs for dessert. When we arrived we didn't know what to get. And we sat down, they gave us menus just in case we didn't want to order up front. We didn't know what to order, as I just said/stated. So we did shuffled through the menu and were left with a fondue. Absolutely terrible. The service would’ve been subpar at best but we wouldn’t know as we were never helped. We waited in line for 20 minutes while no one was in front of us. When 2 military people came after us we were ignored and they were helped instead. There was absolutely no help at all. Today was a special day as it was an anniversary. Wanted to celebrate.
