Infinity Bar — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

The service and food is abysmal. First I ordered a vodka martini, I think they use water instead of vodka because it was the worst martini I’ve ever had. Good start. Dinner I ordered the fish and chips and immediately had to send it back. Oily and old fish with no flavor. How is that possible? I am on an island where there’s literally a fresh fish market right down the street. So instead I ordered the Cali burger . SO DRY and no flavor - restock the seasonings like with I don’t know SALT? My girlfriend ordered the ceaser salad. Spent the extra $3 for chicken and there was barely any chicken,…. Like put some chicken on there. Our friend also ordered a burger and it took an hour and a half to get! I’ll let him write his own review. When then bill came, the fish and chips wasn’t taken off. You think I’m not gonna check my bill?I had to ask to for it to be taken off. When walking into the lobby my girlfriend said “wow it’s so nice maybe we should do a staycation here” then we had our dinner with friends and I will never stay in this hotel here or have the food here ever again. We will never step in this hotel again. You have completely lost my business for the rest of eternity.

I spent two weeks at this resort on a business trip and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my overall experience with the facility, the staff, the amenities, and an absolute fantastic Ocean view. From the staff at the front desk, to the staff working the coffee counter, the pool personnel, everyone has been abundantly polite and cheerful. The food at the restaurant is fantastic and every night there is some type of entertainment that gives it a great vibe. I did have a burger and it was fantastic. And the salmon is truly amazing. Best decision to book Crowne Plaza in Tumon Bay Guam! Hotel was amazing...newly renovated, clean, aesthetic, and has all the facilities travellers with kids need. The view from our room was phenomenal. Peter from the Infinity Bar at the hotel's lobby took care of us every time we needed meals and drinks. He even gave me a birthday treat. He's truly awesome!
