DOUBLE CHECK THE ALCOHOL!! MUSIC AINT IT!!
My cousin ordered a Henessey and coke. As the bartender poured the Hennessy onto the cup, we could already tell by the way it poured that there was something suspicious. He drank it to taste, and he was shocked because there was no hint of alcohol AT ALL! He made more than 5 people within the group test it(3 of us being bartenders), and we all agreed that there was no alcohol at all. My cousin called out the bartender, and she argued with him stating “YOU SAW ME POUR THE HENNESSY”, but my cousin was determined and requested that she pour 2 more shots in his cup! Surprise surprise, no hint of alcohol whatsoever!! It was SYRUP!!
We told the argumentative bartender to call the manager, and after the manager came, they tested the alcohol (I have video evidence). The manager came up to the bartender and told her to test drink it. And to their “surprise” there was in fact no Hennessy in that bottle. They apologized and made up an excuse saying that someone must of accidentally filled the bottle with the wrong alcohol!! They did bring out an actual bottle of Hennessy XO afterwards as an apology, but we were still dissatisfied with the way it was handled, the overall music, and ambiance, so we left and went to a different club.
Additional note: the music is mainly techno, edm, head banger music. Basically you will find people who don’t have rhythm in their bones and children who still don’t know what good music is like.
There are other places you can find without an admissions fee that has better music you can actually enjoy. Might I suggest the W, or Icon, or other local bars as better alternatives.
Club Zoh, please take this as information to not only do better, but to be a better representation for...
Read moreI went to Zoh on Saturday 3/15/2025, for their Euphoria event. I was the designated driver for the night.
Someone near me threw an empty plastic cup into the air. A security guard a minute later came to me and firmly grabbed my arm and pulled me off the dance floor. He said "why did you throw that drink? You're going to have to leave." I explained to him that it wasn't me but he didn't listen. He was firm in his (false) accusation. I didn't have a drink in my hand because I was driving. I had to call my sister and another friend to vouch that I didn't throw the drink. The person who had thrown the drink also already left. The guard didn't attempt to talk to me before trying to pull me out of the club. I might have brushed it off had this been an isolated incident.
My sister was sitting in the VIP section, because she was invited by two (2) celebrants. Later in the night, this same security guard grabbed my sister and dragged her out of the section because of an alleged complaint. Had this guard engaged in a proper conversation first before blindly accusing me and my sister for violations we did not commit, maybe I could understand. However, I cannot justify the physical dragging which occurred at Zoh and without any attempt to reason with us, the alleged violators.
Also there seems to be an event at Zoh every weekend, and the entry fees are overpriced. It's way too difficult to get helped...
Read moreOn August 30, 2025, a group, including individuals traveling internationally, visited Club Zoh to support a friend’s collaboration. A section in the middle of the club floor was pre-purchased. Upon arrival, the group experienced difficulty locating our reserved section. Despite presenting a receipt, multiple staff members were required to assist. The section was occupied by other patrons who refused to relocate. A refund was requested. Instead, the group was offered an alternative seating area near the bathrooms. According to the club's website, this was later determined to be open/free seating. The waitress assigned to the group stated that as long as orders remained within the price paid for the original section, no additional charges would apply. Upon exiting, a staff member demanded an additional service fee. The amount of the fee was inconsistent across different staff members. The group paid the fee to expedite their departure. Payment by credit card was initially unsuccessful due to a reported machine malfunction. A debit card was ultimately used. Subsequent review of card statements revealed an attempted double charge on one credit card for the original seating purchase and a separate charge on the debit card for the service fee. Although I do not recommend visiting this establishment, as it is clearly designed to exploit customers, I urge patrons request receipts and consider using cash...
