Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Taos

I never have written a bad online review. I have no idea where to begin. I had ordered 2 large pizzas and bread sticks about two weeks ago. Both pizzas were wrong and we were told by the delivery guy that they will send us a coupon to fix the problem. Ok fine. I got sent a coupon online for 1 free medium pizza. I tried calling back but no one answered the phone.

Today, at 9pm, I called and tried to fix the problem. I was put on hold by CHRIS (I don't know if that was his real name, he sound hesitant to give me his name) for 20 MINUTES. I gave up, hung up, and had my husband called back and placed another order with our address WITH CHRIS, who answered right away. We asked for the manager and he told us he was the only one working in the store tonight (turns out that was a lie) We placed our order and said we will pay cash. Order done, thank goodness. That alone took forever.

THEN WE GOT A PHONE CALL FROM 758 4800 from a female who told us they "all of a sudden DO NOT HAVE A DRIVER". THIS PLACE CLOSES AT 12AM ACCORDING TO their ONLINE WEBSITE. This is unprofessional to completly IGNOR OUR ORDER, be put on hold for 20 MINUTES, have to hang up and CALL BACK With a new order. Place it. THEN HAVE SOME FEMALE CALL BACK TO SAY THEY DONT HAVE A DRIVER all of a sudden? The incompetence.

THE MALE, CHRIS SAID HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE, so he LIED to us by saying he was the only one working, put us on hold to not deal with our order?!?!

Where do I file a complaint with CORPORATE because this place needs a whole new crew. I mean come on, this is Taos but get it together! ZERO STARS. order from CHALLUPS, TPOB, Pizzanos. Save your money. You lost a loyal customer. And I always tip...

This is the worst dominos I’ve ever been to. Both times I’ve ordered from here. Have been terrible. First time it took over 3 hours to get our order. We ordered online & sat in front for 3 flipping hours. And when we finally got our order it was all wrong. We ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was pepperoni & the other was a meat lover, we also ordered 1 cinnamon twist bread, 1 cheesy bread, 2 buffalo wings with ranch & some type of stuffed bread thing my husband likes. What we actually got was 1 pepperoni pizza, the other pizza was wrong, we got 2 plain garlic bread and get this, they both came with frosting dip (lol) and the wings were cold. The only thing they did get right was my husbands stuffed bread. Second time we tried this place was just yesterday, for my sons birthday. We were in a hurry and I noticed they had literally no customers. So we decided to give them another try but we told ourselves this time we would check our order before driving 30 min back home. I figured I’d call and make a smaller order instead of ordering online. Because I thought maybe this way they would get it right. And seeing how they didn’t have ANY customers, hopefully it wouldn’t take as long. But I sat outside that business on my phone for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer. The two workers I could see through the window were just standing there talking to each other. So yeah. We decided to just make our own homemade pizza and cinnamon twist bread for my sons birthday. Please get adequate workers for this business. Dominos used to be a favorite of mine. But THIS one needs...

UPDATE: we decided to try this dominoes one more time. For literally the last HOUR we waiting for our food. The employees are playing on phones and not working. We went inside after watching our order not be made and sit in the screen for a whole HOUR while they laughed and hung out. We decided to grab Taco Bell. Someone needs to contact me about this, it’s ridiculous.

I’m giving 2 instead of one star because at the end of the day it still tastes okay after we add what dominoes forgets. Every time we order something is wrong or missing. I’m tired of getting wrong food that we pay for, it’s a big treat for us to eat out. First it was missing sauce cups for the Cinnabread and no ranch for the wings. We paid extra for these and didn’t get any! This happened 3 times. Also, every single time we get a pizza here they forget to add the garlic sauce that goes on at the end( we used to work at dominoes and know how it’s made) so we’re left with dry pizza that’s kinda tasteless. Lately they haven’t been baked all the way through. Tonight we actually got RAW wings that we had to bake for another 15 minutes AND our pizza wasn’t even cut. No sauces (which we paid extra for) we’re in our order. Get your stuff together dominoes. There were 10 employees there tonight yet our order was still wrong…can’t claim worker shortage this time.
