Ordered a BLT via uber eats. Stated items were literally BLT and mayo. It arrives smothered and soaked in vinegar, oil and oregano. It has onions. Onions. On a BLT. I called the store to ask what happened and request a fix and was told not once but 3 times it was my fault for not knowing that their subs come "Mike's way" and that I should've deselected those items if I didn't want them. I explained that this is not correct as the extra items were all listed separately requiring them to be "checked" in order to add them to a sandwhich. I was told not once but twice that I was wrong about this. The manager could be heard talking to the person dealing with me but would not vome on the phone to assist. At one point the person offered to connect me to "someone who can take care of" me and sat 3 minutes listeneing to people discuss something over what appeared to be a phone with a hand muffling the mic then put on hold with music then hung up on. When I called again the same person answered and after telling me the third time I ordered it wrong finally offered a free sandwich. Honestly I don't care about a free sandwich I was trying to alert you to a bad sandwich which turned in to trying to alert you to a flawed ordering system which no one seemed concerned. I can't be the only one who only wants a BLT to be a BLT or who hates vinegar and oil soaked bread. I'd order a salad if I wanted 2oz of dressing. At least croutons stay crispy usually.
Anyways maybe get a manager who has the courage to come on the phone and doesn't leave what sounded like an inexperienced teenager to deal with a customer who has an issue. Maybe don't repeatedly ignore what a customer is saying and listen to the issue. If what the girl said is true and ALL cold subs come Mike's way then maybe update uber eats ordering system to...
Read moreIf I could give you 1/2 star I would. My wife and I have frequent this Jersey Mike’s many, many times. I have noticed that lately the quality of the food and the attitude of the employees has gone down quite a lot. The last straw took place today - 11/18/2018, I ordered the Jersey Mike’s Cheese Steak and my wife ordered the Grilled Vegi Wrap (dine in). When she got her wrap, it was already falling apart, so she couldn’t pick it up to eat it. She got a knife and fork... then as she is eating her wrap, there is a hair in it, and it is not hers. My wife has been battling Cancer for a year and she can not be exposed to any type of foreign substance. She was just going to throw it in the trash, but she had taken less than a few bites. I told her to get something else. She brought it up to the cashier and was treated rudely and was told she would get her another. We waited, well over 15 minutes, I had eaten my sub and they had yet to even begin making her mini turkey. When we asked the cashier to refund the credit card, yet again, attitude and a sarcastic “Hope you have a nice day.” Needless to say, I will not go back to this Jersey...
Read moreVery disappointing. I used to frequent this jersey mikes as the staff was wonderful and sandwiches were quite delicious. As of late the attitude of the staff and quality of sandwiches has dropped lower than the stock market during Obama’s presidency! I’ve had gooey tomatoes, slimy lettuce, rubbery chicken, and over cooked roast beef. Not all on the same sandwich but those are just a few of the reason to why I will no longer visit this place. On top of rude staff who act as though it’s a burden on them to do their own damn jobs! If you don’t want to make sandwiches and at least greet customers with the greeting of the day why do you work there? On one occasion I waited 5 minutes before I was helped. I thought the store may have been closed as no one was in the front area to greet customer or do their job! I resort to driving 30-45 minutes for a sandwich from the store in Trinity if I desire a quality sandwich. I don’t know if there is new management or owners but things have definitely declined drastically in...
