McDonald's — Restaurant in Tarpon Springs

Wow if I would have read the Google reviews on this place I would have never eaten here. For starters the manager Maria is a liar. I called to complain about a burger I got there which was a quarter pounder I asked to have cooked to order. 60 seconds later they're handing me my food out the window telling me that it was cooked to order that they're all cooked to order. Well the burger wasn't very good I actually got sick off of it. So I called back to complain I talked to a lady manager she doesn't want to do anything about it. So I called back and talk to another manager a man and he said he would make it right I gave him my name and phone number. He stated he would put it down on a list. I go back there today and talk to a lady named Maria I inquired about the burger I was promised. She says I'm not on the list. So I said I talked to a man that said he was a manager that he put me on the list...She straight up told me they didn't have any male managers. Well I asked another employee and he said. Actually they do have a male manager so Maria completely lied about it. I don't take kindly to a manager lying to me when I'm trying to prove to her that I was on the list for a complimentary Burger. At any rate she treated me very bad and disrespected me. Truthfully she should not be a manager at McDonald's or any other restaurant for that matter. Not everybody's trying to get free food ma'am. There's good honest hard-working people like me out here. I own two businesses I don't need to scam anybody out of a free hamburger. I'm very disappointed in her professionalism again she has terrible people skills and she's disrespectful to honest hard-working paying...

I ordered 2, Collectors 10 Piece Nugget Meals through the Mcdonald’s App for Delivery. My total ended up being $40. When my order arrived the doordasher was very rude and had a nasty tone telling us “answer your phone bro” im guessing he didnt read the delivery instructions stating where to deliver it to… After he left, we opened our bag (stickers still in tact) expecting and excited to see which collectors cups we got but unfortunately they were not in the bag! The only things that were in the bag was a bag with our food and a carton with our drinks. Paying $15 for each meal we expected to get our collectors cups! I ended up making a call to the mcdonald’s immediately after noticing and asked to speak to the manager. When the manager answered the phone he was not nice at all. He told me he packed my order personally and there should be 1 bag with our food, 1 bag with the cups and then our drinks. I told him well there is not cups in this bag sir. He insisted he put the cups in the bag and told me theres nothing he can do and to call tomorrow to speak to the general manager. All we wanted was our cups… all the manager had to do is offer 2 cups for us to pick up and i wouldve been completely fine with that but no, he insisted he packed my order correctly but he did not. I have video proof they did not come in the bag as well since i got it delivered to a business :) Ive contacted mcdonalds customer service about this issue and hopefully changes will be made so no one else will have to deal with...

I used the kiosk, which McDonald's corporate introduced to all of the "restaurants" so they don't have to hire people. I modified my fries to be "light salt". Waited about 10 minutes and the young girl says to me, "We don't do light salt..." Seriously? Just add half the amount. I've worked in fast food to know that you just have to half the time with the flip salt shaker. It's not an automatic machine. This was idiocracy. Fine. I said just no salt. I think she was trying to save time by not cooking fresh fries but I got the last laugh. I like the fries and nobody else has a problem halving the salt. It's a no brainer. I can really taste salt on/in food so I don't like the normal amount.

I also ordered a McChicken with tomato. Apparently they don't do tomatoes either? There were 2 small slices of what looked to be roma tomatoes on it, not even enough to cover the small sandwich by half. Are they doing this to all of the sandwiches they serve? But alas, the chicken tasted like it's been up beyond the hold time. Like, wayyy beyond the hold time. It was mushy. I ordered a CRISPY McChicken, not one that I can gum.

Terrible experience. I did not have time to bring it back as I was between deliveries and that was my meal because I was getting a hunger headache for not eating for 10 hours.

Will not go back here again to eat. Next to the St Pete McDonald's, this is one of the worst. It must be own by the Casper Company... You know... The ones that get shut down by...
