Papa Gino’s has always had a reputation for solid comfort food and local charm, and my recent visit reminded me exactly why it’s a staple in the area. Instead of going with the usual pizza or pasta, I ordered a steak and cheese sub—and I was thoroughly impressed. The sandwich was everything I could’ve hoped for: packed with tender, flavorful steak, perfectly melted cheese, and grilled onions that added just the right amount of sweetness. The bread was fresh, slightly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, holding everything together without getting soggy.
What really elevated the experience, though, was the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Adam, the team member who took my order. He had a positive, welcoming energy and seemed genuinely happy to help. It’s a small detail, but his friendliness immediately set the tone for the rest of my visit. He didn’t just go through the motions—he actually made the effort to connect, asking how my day was going and making sure I got exactly what I wanted.
While waiting for my food, I noticed how smoothly Adam managed the front counter, balancing multiple orders while still checking in with customers and keeping things upbeat. It’s not often that someone in a fast-casual setting leaves such a lasting impression, but Adam definitely did. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and that kind of care and professionalism really makes a difference.
When my order was ready, Adam made sure everything was correct and even offered some napkins and condiments without me having to ask. That small extra step made me feel like more than just another transaction—it felt like I was dining somewhere that values customer satisfaction. The sandwich, of course, was delicious, and I could tell it was prepared with the same attention to detail that Adam showed at the counter.
Overall, this visit to Papa Gino’s was one of the best I’ve had. The steak and cheese sub was a fantastic choice, but what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service from Adam. His positive attitude and attention to detail turned a quick meal into a genuinely pleasant outing. I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time, I’ll be looking forward to both the food and the friendly service that made this...
Read moreI would give one star but I just don't want the poor teenagers who work there to lose their jobs on be half of the awful management who runs the show . We originally ordered a family dinner for my mothers birthday from there that took an extra 40 min to come and was burned awful . They gave us a 33 $ credit after a complete disaster . We used the credit a month later for pickup , a simple bread stick and cinnamon stick . I picked up this time , 56 minutes later it was ready and the large breadstick was literally half the size it should have been . The guy waiting it front of us has been there 46 min and for a single pizza they came out and say they have to remake it cause it ripped in oven . Accident do happen but he said he asked 15 min before that when it would be ready and they say 5 min then 15 min later it's ripped. Like what a joke I go to papas every day next to my working they show me the food before I leave it's always on time and tastes good . There were 4 people standing around oven...
Read moreOK so I am a Papa Gino’s fanatic! Especially with their pizza. Right now I’m not feeling so enthusiastic. After a long day of Christmas shopping I husband and I decided to just grab something quick and bring home for supper. What better way to end the day of the holiday shopping then with papa Gino’s pizza and cinnamon sticks! To our surprise it was not the best way to end the day. At least not this day. to start with when I called the personal answer the phone rambled so quickly that I had no idea what the hell they were saying. So I just continued and I had ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese. We got home the pizza was cold, we only live 10 minutes from the restaurant, The crust was burnt and although we got through it we figured we still have the cinnamon sticks to look forward to. Wrong! The cinnamon sticks were burnt as well! What a big disappointment! Sorry Papa Gino’s but this time you...
