Dear Wendy’s Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during two recent visits.
These experiences left my family and me extremely disappointed and concerned about how customer issues are handled at your establishment.
1.First Incident:
A few weeks ago, my family and I visited this location to pick up dinner. Unfortunately, the order we received was completely incorrect, and we ended up without dinner that night. My wife, two young children (ages 4 and 8), and I were left hungry after eagerly anticipating Wendy’s.
2.Second Incident (1/20/25):
Last night, around 11 PM during heavy snowfall, I returned to the same location for dinner. Despite checking my order at the drive-thru before leaving, I discovered it was incorrect again. When I returned the incorrect items to the cashier, I was informed that I had to go through the line again, which was both inconvenient and unreasonable.
After waiting, I received cold nuggets for my son, despite being told they were freshly prepared. Additionally, the store leader, Evelyn, opened the window and yelled at me, threatening to call the police without even investigating the issue. This aggressive behavior and lack of basic customer service skills were shocking and unacceptable.
Key Issues: • Incorrect orders during two separate visits. • Lack of accountability or apology from staff. • Rude and unprofessional behavior from the store leader, Evelyn, who escalated the situation unnecessarily. • Poor handling of the issue, leaving me feeling disrespected and mistreated as a customer.
I believe it is important for Wendy’s to address this matter seriously. Customers should not have to endure such treatment or leave a store feeling frustrated and unheard. I kindly request the following:
1.A formal apology for these incidents.
2.An explanation of how you will address these issues to improve customer service at this location.

I haven’t used my card in 2 weeks and the one time I did, I went to this Wendy’s between the hours of 11pm-12:30am. An older white skinny women brown hair took my card and took a little bit but I thought it was because she was just swiping my card and the computer was being slow. I woke up to multiple fraudulent charges one being at Applebees ($60), Dominos($30), and a Facebook pay of $500. I called my bank and got my money back and traced it back to the women who took my card. They are guessing that she took pictures of my card front and back and hooked it up to her grub hub (which I do not have). I called this Wendy’s and the general manager did nothing about it. I heard her speaking to the individual and once she realized I was not on hold, she quickly muted herself. She then said that she supposedly did not see anything in the cameras but I have a strong feeling the manager is trying to cover up for the person. I will now be contacting corporate because I could only imagine how many other people she is doing this to. Read moreThe food is good i suppose, but every time I get doordash from this location, im either missing items, wrong items and wrong condements on food. I had just spoken with the manager and she daid it was because of short staffedness. Apalling, i also work in fast food, and I think its is abhorrent that every single time that i order from this location, the whole order is wrong IE: missing items and totally wrong sandwiches. At my job, even if we are understaffed. We can still get orders out effectively and accurately. YOU HAVE NO EXCUSES! .. Edit: just ordered from them again ( don't know why I thought that would be a good idea.) But my order was wrong again! These people know no bounds for their laziness! I was supposed to get the Double Stack thing that they had advertised on doordash, but the burger I got only had one paty on it!!!
