McDonald's — Restaurant in Tawas City

My family and I are visiting for the holidays went through the drive ordered a few things (nuggest, fries and, chicken sandwich) the young lady taking our order was incredibly rude. After we paid we were told to park because our food was still cooking, totally fine. We wait almost 10 minutes and food comes out. Food was warm but definitely not fresh so whatever, we drive back to where we are staying which is only 2 minutes away if that. Got there and my wife's food is old and barely luke warm as was mine I didn't care it was a long day anyway. Went back to ask if they could remake my wife's food and thenyoung gentleman went to get his manager. Turns out the same rude young lady that took our order was the manager. I explained to her what was wrong and immediately started being rude about " well yah this was taken at 739 and it's 8 o'clock." Order taken and ticket printed and 739 sat in drive through for about 5 minutes then were parked for ten plus drive time back to the house and there so yes 20 minutes passed. She proceeded to snatch the food up and yell at the kitchen to make it again. When it's done she throws it down on the counter at me and walks away. Food was still not fresh nor even any warmer than it was the first time. I will be talking to the franchise owner or GM tomorrow as well as corporate. I worked for McDonald's in my town where I'm from for 4 years and never once did any employee or manager ever treat a customer the way I was treated tonight. I was not rude I was polite and understanding but got nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism. If I could do 0...

Really long drive thru line took 30 minutes.

When I got to the window, the gentleman handed me my food and coffees. He then proceeded to ask for my coffee back (which I had already drank out of).

He told me it was the "wrong size" then in the window. With his bare hands, he touched my straw and moved it to a new coffee drink.

He then proceeded to hand back THE SAME two drinks (the one I drank, and my second coffee). Both which were originally correct.

So he effectively touched my straw with his bare hands for no reason at all.

The line was long so I didn't really have time to "argue it" in front of 45 other people already waiting.

I am not trying to be a grouchy customer but please tell your employees to not touch customers foods/things that go in their mouths with their bare hands. If you do at least don't do it when I can obviously see you doing it so that I can at least pretend like you folks don't do that.

I have empathy for the guy, he seemed new. So I don't think he was trying to do it intentionally.

P.S., they didn't add any utensils either so...

Just going into town doing some erands and needed a dinner and saw McDonalds. I pulled in and went inside and I was shocked on how clean it was. It looked like no one has been inside for ages. Anyway, I go up to the counter and order my meal and this boy had the biggest smile ever, his name was Jack Wegner and he was so polite. I order my food and when I sit down I'm amazed when I look at the table. Usually tables at fast food restaurants are never clean but when I sat down and put my arms on the table it was spotless. When my food was ready another tall and friendly worker gave me my food (I think his name was Axel Woods) and said, "Here's your food, if there's anything else you need just flag me down and I'll get right to it. Enjoy!" At this point I thought I was in some fancy restaurant. I ate my meal and it was exactly as I ordered it. When I was done as I was heading out the door I hear " Have a good night!" I look back and there waving me goodbye. #Best McDonalds worker ever! Overall probably the best fast food place...
