Would not even give a star if I could. This was not a good dining experience.. It was dirty tables all over. They were deck scrubbing the whole first part of the area, smelled like pure bleach and cleaning supplies. Which good they are cleaning but it was strong and very much not a good taste with food. The chicken strips were cooked halfway, they tasted and smelt like fish. My hubby had them and waffle fries. The fries were mushy and uncooked. Then I had a chicken wrap and the chicken. Still tasted like fish. I didn't even take a bite out of the wrap. I let the server know she did her part. She was young and felt bad about the situation.. I am not the type to expect something off a bill. I was a server for 28 years. I get the whole concept.... But, again I did not touch my food. And the manager says I'll give you 10% off. Like.. Wait what? That is $3.90 of a $39 bill.. The wrap alone was 9 dollars. Then the fries rang up as 40 cents so he says I'll take a dollar off for them. They are 4 dollars, we ate NONE of them. I was so upset. I literally wanted to leave 20 dollars on the table and pay for my sons BLT and his Soup and our 2 drinks and half the chicken strips that my hubby didn't even eat. But. I didn't wanna get in trouble.. So I got to pay, and again the manager is up there I explained to him. How are you going to charge me for something I didn't even touch cause it taste and smells like fish. He takes the wrap off and says I can't take anything else off. Like, you can your just not going to. That was just the worst management I have ran across.. I wouldn't advise anyone to go. But. It Is what it is. I get it everyone has bad days but customer service should be 100 always. BTW I tipped the sever $15 cause she did her part and wasn't her fault but felt bad cause she heard me...
Read moreI ordered a cheeseburger, fry and shake. The fries were delicious but the meat instead of the burger tasted spoiled plus the edges were real hard and overcooked. On top of that...my pick up order waitress didn't even know how to work the milkshake machine so a waitress from the other side had to show her how to turn it on as prior to her showing her how to turn it on she was just shooting out white water from the machine. Then she told me it will be about 5 minutes before the shake is ready after the girl helped her turn the machine on but the waitress never did tell me when it was ready as I sat there and waited and waited and waited and then finally I got tired of waiting so I asked her if the shake was ready so one of the waitresses made me a small cup a vanilla shake and then brought it over to me without a lid on it telling me that it's not really thick like it's supposed to be but it's thick enough then the other girl somehow got the shake from her and took the shake all the way back into the kitchen without a lid on it saying that she has to go find a lid for it. I was worried because I was actually afraid that she may take my Shake in the back and spitting it since I never heard of someone carrying a cup of milk shake from the milkshake machine all the way back into the kitchen where is she should have just left it sitting by the milk shake machine or either just poured that went out and made me a fresh one once she went in the back of the kitchen to find the lid. As long as it took my entire meal was actually cold by the time that shake got ready so I am highly disappointed with this restaurant as it's the first time that I've been here and the last ask the waitress is made my visit very poor plus that spoiled...
Read moreThis Place So Unorganized. I mean UNORGANIZED. Maybe for elder people it’s fabulous but this place is not it. I place a take out order early morning on March30, 2021, around 10:34am. I ordered a full French toast with a side of Sausage and an Omelette with a side of sausage also. I waited 15-20 mins for my food, which led me to be late to work. I’m rushing I pay for my food and I get handed a bag with 2 take out plates. Thinking nothing of it I go to work. I get settled in at work and see that I get the guy that ordered behind me order. Chicken tenders and chicken wings and fries with both......I call Telegraph Leo’s and they ensured me that I called the wrong store I call Eureka to let them know about the mishap and the “waitress” let’s me know they know about the mishap and I can pick up after work a lil later.(I have this call in my call log also).
Later comes and I don’t get off work on time so now I call and I speak to a April. At least that’s what she told me her name was. She wrote me down in the “book” for my replacement order for the morning because of my tardiness getting off work. March31, 2021 I’m on my way to work and I call to call ahead the order and the manager tells me it’s no history of my order including my name not being put in this “book”. No receipt, just good from yesterday that wasn’t ate or touched and I’m told that “it’s nothing I can do for you”.
Worked in retails and restaurants my whole life but that was a fine way to treat your customer. Leo’s as a company won’t be getting no more of my money. Ridiculous. I just wanted my food I can careless about the money. But definitely NOT an restaurant to recommend to someone. I’ll be at heritage for now...
