Ordered my food at approximately 12pm. Told the short lady with her hair tied in the back (don't know her name, didn't say it on the receipt) that it was an allergen order for a wheat allergy if she didn't mind marking it down for me. She didn't hear me so I repeated myself and she acknowledged it. My girlfriend ordered after me and asked for no cheese on her sandwich. After getting my receipt back, not only did she not mark my allergen on the receipt, she didn't mark the no cheese. My girlfriend noticed the lack of allergen marked so I asked and she just had the people making the food bag them separately, which I also asked due to it being an allergen and my girlfriend ordering something with wheat, but didn't mention my allergen. Right off the bat upset that my allergen isn't being taken seriously, which unfortunately isn't the first time at this location. Then I hear from the person bagging our food that she requested a sandwich with american cheese on it for our food, so I mention to the lady who cashed us out and took our order that it was mentioned no cheese but she didn't put it down. What's she do? Goes over to the person bagging the food who looked like a trainer or manager and says that we're last second changing our order to no cheese. No? We ordered no cheese and you just lazily didn't put it, same as my allergy. I'm not sure if the employees just aren't being trained right or something, but it's upsetting having to worry about these constant issue with our food. My girlfriend always gets cheese on her chicken sandwich even when requesting no cheese or for some reason they give her a spicy sandwich and my allergen is often not communicated to the kitchen and marked on my order like I ask. It's not that much extra work to mark an allergen for an order or to repeat an order back to ensure you put it in correctly.
Edit: We bought a bottle of ranch too... it expires tomorrow. They gave us a bottle of ranch that expires the day after they sold it to us....
Read moreToday I went to the Taylor Chick Fil A location for breakfast. It’s closer to my home so it’s more convenient. Both of my sandwiches were wrong, I went inside to see if they could re-make them for me. The location was not busy, many workers looked at me and it took them 15 minutes to come over and help me. There was also a line behind me waiting to order and nobody was helping. Finally a manager came over and said he would re-make it for me waiting an additional 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches. He proceeds to come back with only one sandwich and tells me he couldn’t make the other sandwich because it was 10:30am. And when they re-made my sandwich it was wrong AGAIN! Everyone behind me was so upset they couldn’t order breakfast because we waited for a such long time for someone to even come over and by the time someone had come it was about 10:30am. And on top of that it was not busy AT ALL. I will only be going to Woodhaven and Allen Park Locations from now on, they are always friendly and never get an order wrong. I’m very disappointed in the service and customer service of this Chic Fil A location, I won’t be a returning customer to...
Read moreI never review chains. Most people know what they will get so I typically don’t see the point but today was different. I’m used to good food at Chick-Fil-A it’s one of my favorite fast food spots. I’m used to the employees being kind it the Chick-Fil-A way. I’m not used to the way the workers here went above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Their attention to detail, care for guest and willingness to meet the need of those dining with them was top tier, you’d think this was a full service restaurant! They would come to your table to see if you need a refill and ask if they could do anything to make your experience better. On top of that the food was fresh, the place was clean even the bathroom! I’ve not seen steakhouse with this kind of attention to detail, so to this staff I must say Thank you for your excellence!
