I experienced the strangest and completely unacceptable behavior from one of the employees here yesterday. First off, I was told to wait to order in the drive thru which is fine. Then, I was told âokay, go ahead with your orderâ so I would start to order then there would be a long pause and asked me to repeat myself. This happened at least 3x. All I was ordering was 2 nuggets, 2 fries, and 2 frostys. I almost drove away at this point but didnât and I was understanding and stayed polite the entire interaction. My BIG problem is when I went to the window, the guy at the window handed me my first bag. The employee behind him said âhere, give her her food so she can get out of hereâ with the BIGGEST attitude while staring at me with crazy eyes, like she wanted to pick a fight with me. It was SO bizarre because I did NOTHING to make the employees mad and was polite. So I asked the guy at the window if that employee was okay? They handed me another bag of food and the employee repeated herself, telling them to get me out there and shooing me away. The general manager showed up and I told her what happened and she told the employee to go home. I got an apology from the manger + multiple staff members that were very polite to me. I left but felt super uneasy and didnât want to eat the food or let my son eat the food because I was scared this employee did something to it. I will never come back to this location after the way I was treated, ESPECIALLY in front of my young children. I truly hope that employee faces consequences because the way I was treated was completely unacceptable and...
Read moreI was visiting someone at the nearby hospital So I decided to stop and grab something to eat so I could take some medicine. I could not get my app to place my order. It kept giving me an error message so I went Into the establishment to place my order. Upon entering this location, the dining room was pretty empty and no one was at the counter. This mustâve been a lull In the lunch rush. The dining room was clean and maybe about 30 seconds upon me entering the building. Someone came to the counter and greeted me. The young man was very courteous and he said good afternoon. How may I take your order? I saw that Wendyâs was offering the son of the bacon Ater for three dollars so I said why not. I ordered the sandwich without a bun and I asked for tomatoes and onions to be added, but unfortunately it was going to be $.60 for each item in addition To the three dollars but Previously they were free. now, the young lady and young man at the counter did explain to me that the additional tomatoes and onions and pickles would cost more so they did their job extremely effectively and very friendly. So I opted just to take the sandwich as it comes without a bun. When I received my food, it was fresh and hot, but it was the size of a white castle burger. I was extremely disappointed and wish that I hadnât never ordered it because of course I was still hungry. I shouldâve just ordered a biggie bag. I do however recommend visiting this particular location in Tayler Michigan on telegraph Road for the extraordinary customer service but Wendyâs you need...
Read moreSo my son and I decided to stop in for a quick lunch. From the start I felt like they didn't want my business. That they were more concerned with their timer than customer service. I pulled up they said over the speaker welcome to Wendy's how may I help you. No sooner then I opened my mouth to replay waiting for her to finish greeting us. She repeated herself again. Hello it's my turn to talk to place my order. When I finely got to order After every item I order i was asked is that it. Come on i almost left. Then we were pulled forward waiting on fresh nuggets. Well the fries should have been fresh too in my opinion. This is not the first time at this location . From now on we are driving out of our way to a different wendys. I love the product just hate the customer service here. I feel it's worth the extra gas to feel like you want me to spend money here which hello pays your paycheck. Thank you and have...
