Why don't I give this place one star. One reason only: this place provides entertainment. I literally go here just to be amused by how disorganized and messy the place is as well as interacting with the flustered staff members and confused and irate customers. I honestly think this place could become a destination that people travel to from all over the area or potentially the world just to witness a corporate restaurant being managed in one of the worst ways I have seen in my entire life.
I never know what to expect when I walk in. It makes the experience very exciting! For a short while they had some decent people running the place but for about two years now this place has been a total disaster. Here is a list of some of the things that have happened while here:
-seeing a manager in the back eat over a dumpster while multi tasking other tasks. The food came falling out of her mouth and back of the taco she was holding. -being told the C02 tank was broken and there are no carbonated beverages -ordering items off the menu and having staff members mess them up so bad that it is hilarious once you get them. They simply are not trained so I don't ever take it personally. One time they made a Spicy Tostada put it in a box that was way to big and put double tostada's on it to where it was kind of like a tostada sandwich. -being told "sorry we are understaffed it will be twenty minutes to get your food". This has happened about 90% of the times we have visited this place. -having the lobby a total disaster with not a single clean table or stocked item and trash over flowing
I have no idea what is actually going on at this place. I have no idea why they can't keep it properly staffed. You truly never know what is going to happen. Read moreWent here twice today...mostly because I am a cheapskate and didn't wanna pay $10 or more per meal..or cook.The first time I went through drive thru...it took a while..but it was not upsetting..wasn't in a rush to be anywhere. I expect drive thru to be an average wait of 10 to 20..have worked drive thru position before and can empathize with how gruelling it can be. Probably people ahead of me with large order/s, people adding on at the last minute, etc. It took 20 min. to get my food but the customer service is on point. After visiting Walmart I'm back charging my phone before hitting the road again. I love that at least with my experience today that the employees seem very well-adjusted. Been charging my laptop charger for hours and no one has presuming me homeless or hearing people talking behind my back. They just left me alone for the most part...the manager(?) did come out asking people in the lobby, which shows that they care and are actively participating in the taste palette food performing act..THIS is how food service should be!!! It seems that the employees are focused on their own issues and genuinely helping each other and making the most of what they have. I hope people like this (at least what I saw)meet their Millionaire Spirit...
Read moreExtremely rude staff. I asked for a receipt and they said out of paper. I went into the store see if it was just that machine for drive through or in general. They walked away from me at the front desk when they saw me. Then they ignored me and I had to yell for someone in the food line to come and answer my question. They began yelling at me and accused me of calling them liars. I did no such thing. I just wanted to know if they were out of receipt paper in general or if it was just that machine. Then I asked for clarification on when later was, to which they just kept yelling at me “later”. I had to specifically ask if they were getting paper later today, tomorrow, next week, etc. to which they just rolled their eyes and said “later”. I told them my company would not reimburse my food without a receipt. They didn’t care at all. They yelled at me, came at me with attitude and had no appreciation for my inquiry or respect for me as a person.
