My husband and I needed a really quick gift for a friend, and we called nearly every single engraving service in Charlotte and the surrounding areas, even in South Carolina, and we couldn’t find one place that could do it less than 3 to 5 business days. Not to mention, what we needed was only text and they needed to test and reconsider if they could even do what we were asking. It was text going on a small zippo lighter, and it looks PERFECT. Absolutely amazing! I have been trying to get a watch engraved for an event for a while. I took it to to local businesses. The 1st one Not only ruin the watch but after having it for 3 weeks waited until the day before the event to tell me that they messed up. The 2nd didn't bother to send it to me as promised. Needless to say I was in a panic .... I found This company online based on reviews and sent a message, not only did he get back to me within 15 minutes he had me send over the design via email and said he could do it same day. When I called to tell him I didn't realize he was 2 hours away he stayed ridiculously late for me to travel the 2 hours to get there. Mike is phenomenal! I work for a tech company and had to develop suitable quality branding materials with a deadline of 4 days.
