The Greek Gill is one of the best restaurants thus far the amazing dishes you can't believe how fresh, healthy and delicious the food is, it's a traditional of Greek & Mediterranean Cuisine, like a 5-Star restaurant without the 5-Star pricing the food is affordable, the staff are welcoming, kind making you feel you are at home with family, the owners are working along with the staff as one big family making your experience a good one at The Greek Gill its a great place to go to with family, friends or just by yourself wanting a great place to have lunch or dinner sitting inside or outside in a comfortable setting with traditional pictures & painting on the wall making you feel as if you are dining in a Greek Restaurant in the Mediterranean. The Owners are caring, warm and friendly to all. I move from New York to North Carolina but love searching for restaurants in North Carolina & South Carolina. I'm glad I had found The Greek Gill that I can't stop going to everyday to have lunch or dinning with friends this restaurant is a must if you are just a visitors out of town looking for a great place to eat with a nice atmosphere that you can enjoy a meal enjoying your dining experience or jyst need a restaurant with a healthy alternative consisting of Mediterranean diet The Greek Gill is your place.

Placed an order online as I have done business and with the location in South Park. Excellent food and service. However I live in Fort mill and had a day off from running my own business. In today's climate I appreciate any consumer where there are business closing daily. I requested fries with my salmon pita, the option to select seasonings wasn't available so I typed in the request. When picking up my food I checked and saw I had regular fries. I HATE that I'm leaving a review about "FRIES" BUT THE LACK OF RESPECT the owner Foulla Pahountis shows to her customers is ridiculous. Customer at the counter when I walked in questioned the price versus whats printed. The dismissive nature is sad. You can go to a fast food chain and your food is corrected. I spent almost $20 why can't fries be adjusted. Your business won't last.if that's how you treat your customers or maybe customer that look like me. I never raised my voice, or disrespected you in any manner. With your 5 star rating as you told me. Customers matter.

Looking at your reviews prior, you need to.get a.handle on your customer service and management skills, the way you speak to...

Poor customer service. I was never acknowledged. I was never given the opportunity to place an order. I walk in, and the ownwer was speaking with the couple in line in front of me. Meanwhile, there is a young lady running a register but she never said anything to me...not a "welcome"...not a "may I help you"...not a "someone will be with you in a moment"...NOTHING. She just drank her drink and stared out the window. So the owner finishes with the couple in front of me, but instead of taking my order, he walks off after a few seconds. Then the same young lady decides to continue to sip on her drink instead of acknowledging me as a customer and taking my order. About three and half minutes had passed at this point. There was no one else in line...only me standing there...waiting...and no one said a mumbling word. I just walked out. It maddens me because I have been wanting to try this place for a few months now, AND I spent more time than intended just to find the place. Now you got me hungry and mad? Oh well, I will never know how their...
