GameStop — Local services in Tega Cay

There are 4 employees in particular that make shopping here an absolute pleasure, three kind and helpful ladies and a guy that I heard referred to as Sir by everyone. I drive out of my way to shop at this Gamestop because of the associates. Other gamestops have weirdly negative and condescending associates but none of my questions are met here with anything of that nature. These four individuals have been so incredibly helpful to me and I've brought my friends to shop here so they can purchase their games and accessories without feeling like a burden on the employees for just walking in. These people are incredibly appreciated and I highly recommend this store; even if they don't have what they're looking for in stock they go out of their way to find it for you. There always seems to be sales here as well on the other merchandise so? How can you go wrong with that? Great customer service from these four, 10/10 will...

Hey man these other people on the reviews being negative don’t know what they’re talking About . Been going to this GameStop for years . As time passes seen workers come and go but all have provided not great but extraordinary service . All of the employees welcome you into the store and immediately help with what you need . Espically recently can’t rember the mans name but I asked him questions on stuff I should try and get and gave me very honest and worthy options . Finally tried the Witcher 3 and probably one of the best games recommend to me from someone I didn’t know . Point being keep up the good work guys your doing great and I hope for continuation of great service .

Not sure if the employee I had was a regular employee or not, he had longer hair and looked to be in his late 20s. But the guy was so rude and condescending! All I did was ask a question about if they carried a type of cord that I saw they have online, it’s called a Display Port and he made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and that I needed something else. Instead of showing him the product that’s listed on GameStop’s website, I decided to just leave right then and there. Found exactly what I was looking for in Target after a quick search.
