My husband and I hadn’t realized that MoonTree Mattress store was literally around the corner from the community where we live. For so long, we dealt with the large Firm that sells Mattresses. It was just under a year that we purchased a mattress from this other chain store. It had never been adjusted correctly, and due to a recent back injury, we called and nicely requested if they could come and have the bed lowered. We were even willing to pay their rather expensive price. After days, emails, and bureaucracy, and even being treated rudely, we were fortunate that we saw MoonTree. Ryan has helped us immensely. No pressure to buy and incredibly knowledgeable. Not as many options as the corporate stores but I had a good sense of what I wanted going into the store. The smaller selection eliminates the overwhelming feeling of too many choices but the selection was perfect for effectively comparing what I went in seeking to other options that could be viable candidates. One of the other unexpected surprises was no upscale pressure. I looked at multiple price points that could have resulted in spending thousands more but Ryan was very honest and transparent about some mid range options feeling better to some and possibly being the better decision.
