This place is RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I rate this place they call a "business" 0 star, but google would not allow me to post it unless it had at least a star. My experience: Last month my cousin and I walked in this store. The liquor I wanted was behind the counter. We stood behind a white lady with a dog. There were two cashiers behind the register, a white man and a white woman. The white man is playing with the dog and holding it, then says "THIS DOG DOES NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE" The lady grabs her dog and says this dog loves everyone. For this white man to say such a racist comment is ignorant. He is the epitome of stupidity. This is an example of extreme poor customer service and is very UNPROFESSIONAL. A business like this will not succeed such a disgusting attitude. I will be sure to share my experience with EVERYONE I KNOW !!!! I just completed hosting an event featuring a handmade, quality Margarita called Rustic Spirits. It was well received by their customers because the staff supported my efforts by allowing a price break with each purchase and regularly suggesting to their customers to sample and taste my quality margaritas. Not only were they helpful to me, but also, in a very nurturing manner, greeted each customer as they entered the store. Their friendly attitudes and helpful suggestions made for an enthusiastic customer experience and had most of them leaving with smiles on their faces. I was coming out of the nail salon next door and heard this employee screaming. I’m not sure what all the commotion was about but it looked like a lady yelling at teenagers for parking?? Not a great look and not a way to get business that’s for sure. I repeatedly shop and run errands in this strip mall and I will not go here after this weird altercation. There are better ways to communicate or just call a tow truck if they’re not legally allowed to park there but I didn’t see any signs stating they couldn’t. It seems to me that someone was on a power trip. Either way, I shouldn’t be able to hear you down the street. Not a good look…and weird to yell at kids...
