Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tehachapi

I've not had this amount of bad luck with a Little Caesars until now. I've ordered from here several times, and the pizza has been wrong about 40% of the time. This final time I got the wrong pizza, and noticed they were locking up after I picked up my order up (it was 45 minutes from their posted closing time). When I called about the incorrect order after I got home and noticed it, the employee that answered responded "oh, did you want to talk to someone about it?" and then put me on with the manager who then told me they knew they sent me out with the wrong order. They offered a free pizza in the future (since they closed early) or a refund, but it has to be in person. Its honestly comical how poorly run this branch is compared to others.

I made an online order thru the website and it said pickup time was 613 to 618. Ordered delivery and there are no way to make special instructions via website, no big deal, we placed our order and as soon as the order was placed we called the store to make sure they got our special instructions and was told “ yeah, no problem, we can do that for you.” When our order came it wasn’t how we ordered it so I called the store to find out what happened and if they’d be willing to make it right, the only way they said they would fix their mistake was for me to drive all the way up there bring them back what they gave me ( I’m guessing to re-sell the food that was in some-else’s home and possession, no telling what could have been done to it.)
