Read moreGo here as soon as you can! The sushi is amazing, the owners are just wonderful and it's really a little gem on Tehachapi! Stopped here from out of town as we love to try new sushi places, and this hit every single expectation I have in sushi. Not fishy in anyway, super creamy fresh fish, the ultimate best combinations of sauces on rolls, and sashimi is thick cut! Each rolls is the most wonderful new creation of the Chefs and blew my mind each time I tried a new one! We will 1000% be back and make the drive for Midori's sushi! Also just a note on how awesome the owners are we drove around an hour and the wife made sure to give us a bag of us for our To-go to keep the sushi fresh! Places like this just don't exist anymore, Thank you for going the extra mile for...

What made the experience even more special were the owners. They were so warm and welcoming, they truly made us feel like family. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality these days. You could tell how much the community appreciates them—there was a line of customers waiting just to thank the chef personally. That speaks volumes.
