Arby's — Restaurant in Tempe

Worst fast food experience ever. The lobby tables were never wiped and clean the whole time also their soda machines tastes awful and noticed the the soda nozzles were never cleaned at all. I ask the skinny old shift manager about the soda nozzles if they’re were cleaned daily. He says it’s it always has been clean daily. I wanted him to try and taste the soda from the lobby. Be seemed won’t taste it Becuase there too busy. The soda nozzle tastes like something like burning and something grosser I never tasted before. I used to work fast food so I know what a cleanest soda machines tastes like. Also we ordered 2 medium size French dip meals with onion rings and we wanted my money but only got 2.50 back instead of a full price of $20.50 we paid for. Then other worker who pretends to be a manager said profanity and started laughing at me for not getting a full refund and their soda nozzles on their machines tastes super nasty. So that pretend manager asked me to leave the restaurant and not get refund back. I managed to get the refund back by announcing to patrons about what their soda nozzles from lobby machine tastes like. So I’ll never eat from that restaurant again. I hope that Arby’s location get out of business for not taking pride in keeping it clean, soda nozzles and their practice of handling customers complaints which that pretend manager who works in drive through needs to stop laughing at complaints and said profanity words. I want FX4 LLC to investigate Their practice and employees training in not laugh or cuss at complaint. Of not I will call the Maricopa county health department and ask for inspection to inspect their products that’s...

It never fails. As soon as we start seeing new faces working at our local Arby's, things go down hill real fast. Our visit was at 5:08:12PM with order ID# AABVSLC6AGEX. We went thru the drive thru and when we got home 5 minutes later discovered that the garlic ribeye steak was not in the bag. So I drove back and they made it. However EVERYTHING in our order was one of the most horrible tasting meals we've ever gotten. The 2 fish sandwiches were totally bland and were dried out as if they'd been sitting open somewhere. Same thing with the large crinkle fries. The curly fries were a dark brown color and shriveled up tasting like paper. The biggest disappointment was the ribeye. The meat was brown around the edges but the center was actually blood red to the point you could see red juice coming out of it. The "crispy onions" were totally wet with grease and very gummy which made the bun squishy as it absorbed all the grease and liquid. The swiss cheese was so overheated it had melted and was running out of the sandwich. A true waste of $8.19. This meal was so bad that it gave the both of us upset stomachs and nausea. We will definitely stay away from this Arby's location for a long while.

My husband & I Had a bad experience here first when we got here there was no one take my husband and I order through the drive-through. Two employees were sitting in a red Nissan. They proceeded to get out one walk in through the front, and the other one waited by the drive-through door until they opened the door. asked the women that was standing beyond the drive thru ordering sign if they was closed she told me no one moment. Someone open the back door few minutes had passed finally someone "women voice" proceeded to take our order. It took them 15 minutes to bring out are food we had to pull around the women who brought the food out to my husband Her name was Jessica she smelled like marijuana and burnt plastic I didn't get the gentleman name because I never saw him again after he walked though the front. But are food was horrible waiting that long I would have thought it would have been freshly made considering the wait time. We been coming to this Arby's for Years. This by far the worst experience me and my husband ever had....
