Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Tempe

After waiting a great deal of time for my cinnamon pretzel, a girl walked up to me & asked if I was waiting for anything. I kindly told her yes, I was & it had been almost 20 minutes. She was sincerely apologetic and went to go make the pretzel herself. She offered me the frosting dipping sauce and once again apologized for forgetting me. It wasn't her though. It was another male employee that took my order. Please pass the word along to the manager of this Auntie Annie's that Denise was wonderful to me and provided excellent customer service. The pretzel tasted great.

Advertising on their board a bacon cheddar or Turkey cheddar pretzel roll which they do not have also advertising they have sweet ice tea and they do not have. I ordered the garlic pretzel it is very dry kind of tastless and no dipping sauce unless you pay extra. On my 30 minute lunch so no time to take it back.
