Was given the wrong donuts even though I asked several times if he was sure a double devil glaze was just a regular glazed donut and the employee AND owner kept trying to rush me off and hand me the bag with three regular glazed donuts. I kept asking because it seemed strange my friend wouldn't just tell me to grab him a glazed. Then, when I showed them online that the devil glaze sure does look chocolate and very different, the owner finally decided to listen to me and go grab the one I was asking for. I had ordered a sandwich and they took my money, handed me the bag of three regular glazed, and sent me on my way. I asked about the sandwich and just guessed I needed to wait for it. Really shocking how bad this whole experience was when we are regulars who live right next door. Sad. I even tipped which I now regret. They even tried to tell me that $9 was less than $5. Very odd place that seems a little scam-ish. Never again. And I'll never call the po when your store is getting vandalized again. Deuces!
Update: The owner, I'm sorry, the man who claims to be the owner until it's said online and perhaps knows he'll upset the real owner, was indeed there. Anyone who can read clearly sees that his reply was highly unprofessional, inaccurate, and not even discussing my review. I think he may be incoherently thinking of another location and order issue, not surprising there are too many to keep straight. I paid cash. Post my receipt. Please, I beg of you. You didn't even know which one was mine in your reply- clearly. The cash in the tip jar was all from me, as it was empty before I got there. Buy some cameras. The entire donut issue was not even the story he is recalling on here. What I said was the truth, I have nothing to lose and nothing to gain from wanting to come on and review a business that I have built an opinion on. He has something to lose and gain from an honest but negative review and from a reply that he blatantly lies his way through. I, now, don't doubt he is not the owner, so he was honest about that at least. And, the rest of his reply just shows that he didn't even take the time to read what I have done for their business as their next door neighbor or what my experience was like today. What a completely sad and pathetic little man. Learn to read and learn how to conduct business as a professional. Your reply simply shows everyone to watch out for this place. Can't wait to laugh as I watch you move out from there when you sink that ship. Pathetic. You are just pathetic and obviously you have no problem lying. Learn to read and learn how to be a proper shift leader or whatever you are at your very advanced age. I'll just have to accept being a successful doctor and a happy mother as I look forward to enjoying the good laugh as you leave long...
Read moreAs a resident of Tempe for 24 years, I’ve always supported local businesses, but my recent experience at Bosa Donuts has left me thoroughly disappointed and disheartened.
Upon entering the establishment, I was met with an atmosphere that was anything but welcoming. The staff displayed an utter lack of professionalism and courtesy. When I approached the counter to place my order, I was greeted with indifference and impatience. My attempts to ask questions about the menu were met with curt responses and visible annoyance.
The situation escalated when I received my order. Not only was it incorrect, but the staff’s reaction to my polite request for a correction was nothing short of appalling. I was met with dismissive gestures and an unwillingness to rectify the mistake. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location.
This experience stands in stark contrast to the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. It’s disheartening to witness such a decline in service quality, especially from a business that has been a staple in our community.
I urge potential customers to reconsider before patronizing this location. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the staff is unacceptable and should not...
Read moreWent here during their opening week a while back, and it was kind of bleek. The a/c was struggling, it was a bit unorganized and the staff seemed lost. Although, we took a chance on another visit, and I'm happy to announce they have upped their game! Super clean, a/c was spot on, music was at a good volume, and the large TV rounded out a comfortable dining space... (trigger alert: Fox News was on 😕) That said, they've got a fantastic pastry case of every kind of donut you'd need, all sorts of great coffees (try the Vietnamese coffees), milk teas, Thai iced, green tea, blended drinks, stuffed and toasted sandwiches (breakfast mostly, although many luch-ish selections), bagels and smears, muffins, and everything in between. We ended up with a dozen, including an amazing apple fritter monstrosity that smashed expectations. Moving forward with BoSa, I'll grab a splurge donut here and there. However, as a health conscious consumer, I'd love to find an organic donut! Too...
