The food is pathetic. I ordered chole.kulche and vada pav..Chole had a lot of onion and not fully cooked, it should have been cooked far longer. The vada had no flavor and the oav was sweet. I am from Mumbai and this vada pav was a 1 out of 10 compared to Mumbai vada pav.
I could share some tips with the cook there, but a lot needs to improve and the food could be compared to good Indian restaurants in the area to survive. Try Chennai grill, Chennai Cafe, indias flame, delhi palace.please compare your food with food from these restaurants.
