🔴🔴HAZARDOUS place, Dangerous, Very Disturbing center. Management tolerates high speed skateboarders** in blind spots so shoppers subjected to possible broken wrists, limbs, concussions, back/neck injury. Mgmnt/Security is not doing enough to curtail dangerous behavior. Worst blind spot is right where skateboarders passing Matcha Cafe heading in direction towards trader Joe's. Right there bottom of staircase platform junction shoppers would be clueless to peek before proceeding on very NARROW SIDEWALK (at bottom of stairCASE PLATFORM risking serious bodily injury. There are signs but the men, (especially foreign men I witnessed this in 30 minute period approx 8-10 times sitting on Matcha Cafe patio) they ARE NOT respecting the signs and shoppers. This is the architects design error leaving narrow walkway at staircase brick platform creating serious blindspot. I wish police could camp out to EDUCATE AND ticket offenders with threat to TRESPASS repeated offenders - these are regulars for each semesters coming to shop at trader joes (from crosswalk rural university) risking peoples lives bcuz I witnessed them ZIPPING FAST around that staircase blindspot AND THE WHOLE shopping walkways. This was my first time shopping at your center and I was shocked what I witnessed and could foresee what a serious hazard it is for YOUR SHOPPERD. Signs are not working. 🔴You need to put a patio table or something just west of staircase PLATFORM IN FRONT OF MATCHA forcing east going skateboarders to get off their boards bcuz they'll see shoppers coming THROUGH blindspot directly IN FRONT of Matcha Cafe COMING "FROM" traders joes. You Cornerstone executives and your LAWYERs need to invest in sitting down on Matcha Cafe patio and observe all the SIDEWALK speeders endangering peoples lives. **Its not skateboards it's that other mobile technology can't think...
Read moreI actually came for Tempe Improve and was very disappointed that I took the chance and bought a ticket for the performance because they said they were practicing social distancing and sanitizers would be available and masks were to be worn. Foolish me for believing them. Sanitizers were available at the door. Employees wore the masks. Social distancing from what I could see of the first floor was better practiced there. Second floor I was sat directly in front of a man maybe a foot and a half away and no mask. I moved to a location further back. I was asked if I would like to sit closer on the first floor. I replied yes if you have better social distancing She told me to enjoy the show and walked away. Counting myself there were only two other groups of people with masks on. I guess I misunderstood the wearing of the masks, I thought it was for everyone to follow. My desire to see a live show over shadowed my...
Read moreWhat's up with security that just started there? I get out of my car with my bag to go to the coffee shop and security says I can't leave my car it's not ASU parking I explain how I'm planning to study with some friends at the coffee shop in the shopping center and will just be there for a couple hours just to finish a project. I see him through the window inspecting my car and writing down my plates. I felt uncomfortable and as I leave I ask how I saw him writing my car's information. He explained it was policy? I'm extremely confused why anyone would need my plates. Instead of worrying who parks and who doesn't, how about worry about customers safety and well being. This "policy" is uncomfortable and very...
