Not only does this particular location repeatedly screw up your order, but they also do not answer the phone so you cannot have your order fixed without visiting the lobby. In this particular instance, I happen to have the number of the regional or district manager, who told me if I ever needed anything to give him a call. He did not give me a number to call because I already had a number on file for him. That was almost 2 years ago. Today I needed to have my order replaced and decided to give this guy a call because he told me too while speaking to him on the phone he was nice and calm said he would help me out but to give him my number so he can pass it along to another manager. When I text him my cell phone number he proceeds to text me back, telling me “this is not a complaint line“ which he could have simply said man-to-man when we were speaking! He fails to realize that when he told me to give him a call if I ever needed anything, he did not give me a different number to reach him at. At this point, I don’t even want my meal replaced by such a devalued company. As a matter of fact, I consider the $14 that I paid for a meal that was trash a great value to find out who this person really is and how they really conduct business! When speaking to me face-to-face it’s all smiles and giggles when it actually comes time to deliver on your promise it’s like pulling teeth, I will be referring every person I know to a different McDonald’s because this is completely unacceptable! As a business person you should be ready to handle these calls and handle them accordingly. Furthermore, if you have snide comments to make such as “this is not a complaint line” you should be man enough to say those things, when you were being spoken to. I learned a valuable lesson today about this person and the way they conduct business and the same energy will be reciprocated if ever my services are needed. I have gone to this specific McDonald's no more than 5 times in the past month and after today, I am completely done with this place. I am new to the area and the location is convenient since it is right down the street from me and open 24 hours.
Being open 24 hours is something they need to reconsider because they cannot get anything right at night. The customer service is terrible. They have the same girl who works the night shift or at least every time I have been there. Rude. Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Interrupts literally every sentence you try to speak! Maybe if she could listen for a moment she could get the order correct!
She is so horrible that I've called and complained to corporate and to the store on separate occasions. I don't know why I even bothered.
If you ask for any condiments or napkins they act like it's the end of the world! God forbid you have to take two steps to grab something for your customer which should have already been in the bag in the first place. And that's if you get the chance to notice and ask them before they throw the bag in your face and shut the drive thru window.
Honestly, anything this McDonald's does wouldn't surprise me. Sad, really. I mean i've only been here 5 times. What a great impression.
