The worst place to go, tonight I order a meal for my kid and I. EVERY time I order the Teriyaki chicken there is always a 15-20min. wait, no matter what time of the day. As I paid, the driver threw cashier Natalia G, was EXTREMELY RUDE. She told me to park in the front of the store, because the food was still cooking. I moved up a little bit and realized there was no parking space whatsoever and the traffic was heavy. I looked back in my view mirrors and see Natalia yelling at me, telling me to "MOVE! and go to the front." I told her "Wait, there are vehicles moving and there are no more space to park in the front." I see ppl ready to leave from the front of the store, I was ready to move and park. Natalia G CONTINUES to yell and keep saying "MOVE!" while using hand gestures. It's like she wanted me to drive into traffic to get hit, so I can get out of the drive threw line. The only space that was open was the Walmart parking lot, but how would they know what vehicle or person to give the food to? As I parked and in disbelief of what happened, I went into the store and asked for a refund. I wasn't the only person that was dissatisfied. Another woman needed a refund for her poor quality of food. We were both told, no refund we can't get our money back. No one had authority to do it, because there was no manager. For some reason they did not know the cooperate, store manager, or company phone number. We were told to come back in the morning to get a refund. Leslie was the only employee that helped and was in charged. She witnessed how Natalia G behaved towards me and apologies on her behalf. I told Leslie that I wanted my money back to take my business else where and that there was no reason for Natalie to talk to costumers like that. Leslie and I quote, "I agree with you and I will talk to her." Since I couldn't get a refund, Leslie wrote on the receipt to have two plate of two side entrée of food comp on my next visit. I don't know how much this is true, or how reliable this is for some employee to just write on...
Read moreIf I could give them No stars I would unfortunately I when I visit panda I don’t pay enough attention to the items To know them by sight and name so when I ordered I called the items by what ever was on the tag it wasn’t untill I got my food that I realized it was the wrong food so when I Brought it up to Leslie the manager after literally arguing with her about who’s fault it was she finally just scooped out the wrong food out of my tray put it back on top of the other food to be serverd to new quest she used the same plate and served me the sesame chicken my wife was not in line to witness any of this so after her eating for 15 minutes she said it was spicy for some reason which was caused by some of the left over juices from the wrong food I brought this up to another female employee who’s name I cannot remember (it’s a very uncommon rare name ) she said they could not do anything about it nor would Leslie .. I almost forgot to mention that the orange chicken may have been sitting there for who knows how long cause it was extremely hard to the point were it was just like eating corn nuts I don’t know if Leslie is just haveing a rough day or if this is always her attitude unfortunately it was the first time I ever dealt with her and she will forever leave this memory in my mind of how She treated me a paying customer . This used to be such a friendly well run restaurant before they had to close down for the fire In the photos even 20 minutes later after eating some of our food the food bar still has miss named items on the table also in the top left corner of the sesame chicken there is a hot pepper left over from when the wrong food was scooped out...
Read moreIf I could be this a negative 5 beielve me I would. Tonight's incident wasn't the first time they had got my order wrong. The last time the manager Jon had refunded my money and gave me the food cause they didnt give me a receipt. Tonight a short girl was helping me I didnt catch her name but she was rude and dont get me wrong I am not the judgemental type but she was other crosseyed or she was rolling her eyes at me multiple times. When I talked to Jon he as the manager was not capable of fixing anything at all. What a disappointment. Now i didnt know about my good being wrong until I got home, called once again and this time spoke to Isaiah another manager on duty, he seemed like he was being helpful at first. He then put me in hold, so I held. I guess he thought i hung up but i didnt i was waiting for him to get back on the phone. As Isaiah was talking to Jon all i heard was "Jon: Did he hang up?" " Isaiah: Yea he did, I told him to hold and he (myself) said F* YOU!!!! I would never be that disrespectful to anyone especially talk to them like that over the phone. I went back to the store to get a refund cause this is ridiculous of them to have done and said. When I arrived at the store pulling up to the parking lot first thing I saw was the manager Isaiah, the rude short girl, and another team member smoking right in front of the door. As I was walking to the door the had already locked up at 9:45 although they close at 10pm. I will never be going back and highly recommend everyone to stay away from this location.
