Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tempe

Great burritos at this taco bell and the staff was awesome. The place was clean and i didn't have to stand at the counter waiting to be helped. They even tried to bring my tray of food out to me when my order was up. The hot sauce and napkins we well stocked and the even gave me a nacho cheese on the side with the change I had left over. The bathroom was clean and I was able to use it without having to ask the staff for a key, however no mirror was above the sink but I think this is a common thing with the fast food chains in my area. When I was ready to go I had some extra food and the staff gave me my choice of a big bag or a bigger bag. All in all I rate this taco bell a 5 out of 5 stars. Normally I don't give such an extensive review but I need 200 words to advance my rating thank you for not reading this because it does ramble, but seriously the staff was awesome...

The employee that was working on the line facing the drive-thru/east at around 13:55 hours today on 10/1, could not hear the name my order was under correctly

He heard something else and could not find my order even though it was in the system I did not have anything in my mouth when I told him the name my order was under

After my order was done, it was put on the mobile & delivery pickup shelf and my name was called out correctly by another employee while he was squatting in front of the safe under the front counter

He said something to me that I don't recall and I told him that I said Cheeky as in Cheeky Bastard His ears must have had something in it that altered the name Cheeky

He also disrespected me by telling me to, "go eat your food" He did not say sorry that he did not hear the name correctly nor after he disrespected me He could have also asked me...

You know this cashier named "Angela," is really nice, and very cooperative. I don't understand how fake, people can be towards her. I enter through those doors and she is there ready to help. I don't even see her touching her phone. She always tries to find what's best for her customer(s). There is a lot of fake people that be trying bring her down in the reviews. For example that one girl "Amanda Castro," I don't know her name but I don't even care anymore, doesn't know Angela that well to give an opinion BUT either way her comment fails because Angela, the best person she is, always finding a way to bring and help her customers out so, I'm giving her a 5 star review.
