Extremely unprofessional manager. I had a very disappointing experience at this Adidas location due to the behavior of someone who claimed to be the manager. From the moment I asked for help, he was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. It’s shocking to see someone in a managerial role speak to customers in such a disrespectful way. I said : ‘ next time I will not shop here ‘ He respond : ‘ That is fine’ and left. What a joke! Managers should set the tone for the rest of the staff—but if this is how leadership behaves, it reflects very poorly on the brand. I left the store feeling frustrated...

We called and they said they were open and the website said 7 they closed at 6 .we drove over 480 miles to visit and then 80 miles from my parents after contacting the store and they close early .we are super disappointed .we always look forward to coming here and now we are leaving with out our Adidas gear .Super sad and exreamy disappointed for being lied too They trully gave us false I fo very unprofessional. I would never do that...

The only thing that is sad is you spend your money at store and unfortunately have no rights to exchange it. My mom is from Brasil come store and she bought a pants medium thinking was a large. Come back day after the are no help no exchange only the sizes everything was the same.. know she just lost money. And the workers only good for you to buy the product but to help no help.. sad with a big brand...
