I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! This place is a joke! They literally lost a $80 order all to being rude and refusing to make 3 whole pizzas! 1st I was ignored while waiting in line to get my order taken and the customer that came after me was assisted right away instead, then I decided to walk towards the register to place my order only to be told they aren't making whole pizzas due to short staffing 🤔 4 people behind the counter just standing around! Really? Arrowhead had only 2 people staffed and still made three pizzas!!! Interesting! Read moreI purchased a bottled orange drink and requested a cup for ice since the bottled drinks were not kept cold. After being told that they did not have any "water cups" available, I asked if I could just have one of the many drink cups stacked on the counter next to the register. Apparently this was a decision for a higher pay grade. The young lady went to check with her manager(?) and returned to again say "no". I tealize that the number of fountain drinks sold is tracked by the number of cups used. Perhaps more effort should invested in providing reasonable customer service instead of counting cups.
