I placed an order that totaled $9.50, the delivery guy took it upon his self to keep the the .50 change. It may not be a large amount of money but it is the principle to think you can just keep someone's change without asking them if you can have it. It use to be a time this was called stealing if someone took something of yours and not ask if they can have it. I should be able to make the decision if I want you to keep my change, or if I want to give you a tip let that be my choice. If Miko is the manager he sets a bad example for customer service by making assumption he can have someone else's money, I don't care if it is a penny. That is called stealing. That is a good way to make money assuming everyone's change is yours. And on top of that still didn't bring all of what I order, no dressing for my salad or crackers that I requested. dressing or the crackers I requested. I later called to inform and was told he was on his way to bring my change, and other food. It has been about 2 hours and he is still not here. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ...
Read moreIt pretty disappointing when your food is made incorrectly despite standing in front of the employee and telling them what to put on your sandwich. I asked for teriyaki chicken, I got grilled chicken. I asked for bell peppers, they put jalapeños. They even forgot to put cinnamon on my churro, very disappointing. The service was worse than the food. The employees did not wear subway uniforms or hats, and used very soiled gloves to make everyones food. The man who ordered his food just ahead of me was told he couldn't get the "6.99 6 inch and meal deal" even tho he got all of the correct items. He had a loud exchange with the employee, in which the employee yelled back at him. At one point, the man started to yell at everyone else in line and the employees did nothing to deescalate the situation, only provoke him. As a fast food employee myself, I get having to deal with angry customers it happens to me all the time. But the way the two teenage employees handled this situation was extremely unprofessional and...
Read moreThis is second time I've had a bad experience at this location, the last time i was there i asked them to toast the sandwich and the worker completely ignored my request and didn't, then i got sick that day. Today I went for lunch and asked for a Spicy Italian Foot-long and the worker charged me almost $8, when I asked her why so much i thought they were $5, she lied and said, "No they just changed it a couple of days ago." So I paid and then googled it when i left, the sandwich is clearly still $5. I don't appreciate the terrible customer service and dishonesty. Never going back to this location this is the only location where this has ever happened and I've been to others plenty of times this has never happened before. Subway you should hire better employees more honest and that pay attention to Customer's requests. 0 stars for this location from, subway owners you need to take action and do...
