My Husband went to the drive thru to get our food he ordered there not online we tried to order online it wasn't even trying to process our order at all I use to work at stores and we have a way to turn off orders online so the store won't have to receive orders during closing hours but we tried to order 3hrs ahead thought it was the app then realize it wasn't the app cus I was able to put in a order at a different location so my husband decided to drive to wendys since its only 2 to 3mins away driving when he got here the Fries were Cold and my Burger was left to the side not Freshly made it got someone else's Food its what they do when they wanna get rid of orders that were canceled or not received the meat is dry and rubbery cus they heated the burger in their microwave it's noticeable and my cheese looks like Cardboard I couldn't finish my Food my husband was upset thay we wasted almost $12 worth of pre-order food that wasn't ours come on now dont try to play someone that use to work in the food business cus yall will get called out on it if you're just there for a Check then have someone else make the food please I always make customers orders the way I would want my order made so if you complain bout food being made for you then thats your Karma for not having Customer Service or Caring for others.... Read moreBoy oh boy, whoever is responsible for this Wendy’s grand opening needs to get demoted back to the cash register. The poor manager was doing the best she could, but she was clearly picking up serious slack, doing about four and a half jobs at once, because her staff was poorly selected and not at all trained.
Then you’ve got all sorts of mixed up and confusing marketing. The window stickers say one thing, the board says another, and the app something else entirely different. I have no idea what pricing is current/correct and how to get it. Do I need to use the app? Do I have to ask for a manager? Do I need to stand on the corner twirling a Wendy’s sign? I’m so confused, and I don’t feel at all valued, nor do I feel like I’m getting a value anymore. I would love it if one fast food chain said, “You know what? We’re doing away with this app nonsense. Everyone gets a fair deal and equal pricing!” That’s what I’d like to see.
Dave is turning in his grave, and that’s a Wendy’s guarantee. I think he’d be astonished by the watered down franchised cash grab that his restaurant has become. Kiosks continue to replace human beings, and no wonder. It’s almost like it’s by design: train them poorly enough and everyone starts using the kiosk, then you can easily justify the cutting of staff for the maximization of profits. Profits over people. Read moreMy buddy stopped here to get lunch for us. We placed the order in the app and picked up. Order number 1365289578, 4:30pm pick up time. The fries were mediocre here, not crispy at all (via my buddy). The main reason for my review is that I ordered a $8 premium sandwich, spicy chicken asiago, without tomato or ranch, add onion, the sandwich I received was one of the cheaper $3 chicken sandwiches and not the spicy kind. The cheaper sandwich is not coated in breading the same way and has cheaper buns. They could have at least added the cheese and bacon to try and pass it off but that too was missing from my sandwich. I tried to call the place and was sent directly to voicemail, for a fast food joint that seems weird. Later on I called again only for the phone to be picked up and hung up. I even tried to file a complaint on Wendy's app but the store is soo new they don't show up after typing in the store number or zip. I was excited to try this new Wendy's, store #14384, thinking the food will be great. This location needs to bring trained employees from another location in immediately or I don't see how they can continue to operate and generate revenue when there is another better location 4 more minutes away.
