My boyfriend and I tried Jersey mikes for the very first time and and we were incredibly happy that we tried it, we had to opt for the gluten-free buns which didn't taste at fresh or soft, which is kind of expected when getting a gluten-free sandwich. I got a classic ham cheese and tomato sandwich with Mayo. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the flavour. I wish they added a bit of salt, maybe all-purpose spice, maybe some potato spice, I just need it a little bit more flavour to my sandwich, but overall, we werre very happy. The service was fantastic to say the least.

Plz be consistent with the way the cheesesteaks are made, It's different everytime, Sometimes the onions are chopped up in the steak Sometimes they aren't, same with the mushrooms. Plz have them wipe the counters off and sweep the food off the floor. That's a turn off. Will add pics. And I love that it's one closer to me now, but if they don't clean up,I will go back to the one on Kennedy Blvd. No reason for the counter where u make plps sandwiches should look like this. Big turn off.

Wow. Where do i start. Nick, Mya, George. Very welcoming. Their customer service is out of the park. Polite. Verified our order with pride. These guys are top notch. I am a frequent customer (spending 50$ or better each visit) and they never disappoint. I switched my favorite location from the one on Dale Mabry to here JUST because of the customer service. But the closing shift is excellent. They don't miss. Even on a bad day they have a good day. Please give these 3 a bonus of some sorts (it is the holidays) THEY...

Hello can't believe after coming 2 x , there's no pastrami, same server from when we 1 st came in and she said the same thing!! I believe that if you the manager should order more , knowing this pro- mo is doing well.hopefully l can give a better review!!
