I always have the most uncomfortable experience here there's a larger Spanish woman that works at this location I say this in place of her name because she won't give it to me every time I go in she looks at me dirty follows me around goes out of her way to not assist me today she took it a step further and came over to me and even though the opposite side of the rack I was looking at was completely empty she came to my side and pushed the clothes I was looking at away and pressed the clothes she had in her hand into mine (to clarify she was physically attempting to crush my hands in front of my son the boss had little to no concern when I told her this us my least favorite location it is often uncomfortable here for me I have not been able to go back since I live 2 minutes away from here and literally have PTSD. The clothes are cheaply made. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this location and another location within the course of a couple of months and have nothing to show for it. I've had to throw everything away. Due to the clothes ripping or the fabric stretching because it's so cheap never ever again. No matter which location I go to except for the one that's by Target. They're friendly but the clothes are still cheap is not worth it. The customer service is racist. I do not get help. Every time I ask for help. They just shoot me a look. I will not continue to spend my money here. Go to Shein. Go to the mall. Go to Target. Go anywhere else I will forever boycott every rainbow. It is not...

THIS STORE MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE TO PATRON AS A BLACK WOMAN ‼️ Very very blatantly racist towards African Americans. Rude. Follows one race (me + 2 other shoppers (whom I did not know) who came in) around the store while speaking bad about them in Spanish and laughing. I speak fluent Spanish. They Will ONLY assist, acknowledge (speaking when coming into the store) Hispanic patrons. Will literally walk behind you after you leave the rack to see if the item is still there as if you've stolen it.. Please diversify this store before you guys end up in a class action. They are VERY comfortable destroying the integrity of this store. Will NOT shop here again until the store is diversified.

Came back into the store and the lady doing the clothes on the rack is VERY RACIST. ONLY GREETED THE SPANISH N WHITE CUSTOMERS UPON ENTRY. this was 09/07. Between 1:30-1:54pm. IF YOUR CAMERAS HAVE AUDIO RUN THE TAPES BACK. I spoke on it. I asked for help n she ignored me. Then another lady came up n they proceeded to use racial slurs (in spanish) talking about me n my husband. The ONLY person who was polite was the. Cashier. Why is a corporation allowing such BLANTANT RACISM in a predominantly black neighborhood? I am currently organizing a boycott against this location. To patronize a store with my HARD EARNED money n be treated this way is insane. I would like corporate or someone in upper management to contact me . I don't want another dry apology...

Very prodigious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Spanish women there are racist !!!! They don’t like black people. If you are black please DO NOT COME HERE please stay away it’s not worth it the lady there literally called the police on me for no absolute reason ….she had a attitude because I was trying to bring back a pair of heels and I asked did she have a problem with me but her energy screamed she had a problem with me the other women were laughing at me and mocking me I cussed her out she literally banned me from coming there and I did nothing wrong!
