Remington's Steak and Seafood — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

Very quaint little steakhouse we thought we would try for our date night. Love trying non-chain places in the local area and Remington's did not disappoint. Both my wife and I got the 16 ounce Ribeye steak. Both cooked to perfection (mine med-rare and hers med-well). They were perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy. Paired with a baked potatoe loaded and greens beans.

Service was fast and attentive. Staff was friendly and often checked on us throughout the meal.

I would say the only down side is that the building does not have good ventilation, so the indoor dining area was a bit smokey from the kitchen exhaust. Wasn't horrible, but it was noticeable.

Walk in and get seated right away what we loved. We sat down looked at the menu. Restaurant was very empty.waitress came over and grab our drink order (two waters). After looking at the menu, we decided on have a A cup of clam chowder and. Share half chicken with two large side. ( sides were reg size) Once we found out, it came with no salad no bread we ordered a side of bread. We are totally disappointed to be honest with you. The soup came out. It was good. The bread came out. It was okay . A chicken came out with the two sides. Chicken had No seasonings or anything on it . We ordered salmon and steak fajitas omg I kinda felt like something was off as we walked in but I decided to just give it a try. Me and my guy were excited and said oh we can come get for drinks and dinner occasionally. Half way through the fajitas I tasted something that was literally sour needless to say it was the meat was spoiled I asked my guy to try it. He agreed but ask me not to complain to cause confusion this is not acceptable. The food looked good but I am sorry don’t feed people meat that You know is spoiled making me think because we were black it was ok to do this not acceptable. Don’t waste your money.
