Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Temple

I placed an order this week to be delivered to my daughter's home for her birthday today. I ordered the dozen bundtini's with cute little butterflies and happy birthday signs. This was my third year doing this as a way to celebrate her birthday with her since I live over an hour away. When she received the order this morning, it was the box of the little cakes with two plastic bags on top of the box containing the butterflies and happy birthday flags. A do-it-yourself happy birthday to you kit. Not at all what was pictured on the website and not what I paid $56.62 for. It was not particularly special and extremely disappointing. Word of warning if you hope to send a special gift - it won't be special. I spoke with the manager, who politely explained that's just the way it is. On Monday February 3rd I called and ordered two dozen bundtinis for my daughters birthday to be delivered to her work on on Wednesday February 5th. They accidentally delivered the order on Tuesday February 4th. I called them on the 4th to let them know of the error. They were honest and said that it was their mistake and said they they would like to send my daughter a dozen of bundtinis on her Birthday. My daughter did recieve them on her birthday. I was impressed with Cecelia and the staff for handling this minor error in such a professional way. This was our first time ever to go in to get a cake. The young girl at the counter was not very nice. After asking us what size we wanted, when I asked for an 8in cake, she informed me that since we came in 15 minutes til.close, we could not get that size. They didn't have time to prepare it. Which would have been fine, but why ask if she knew that particular flavor wasn't available in the 8in. She offered no alternatives and I had to ask what was available.
