Inner staff lacks basic customer service skills except for the lady at the drive-thru window. My beagle order given to me was incorrect so I walked inside. There were three people who were there besides the only lady making drinks and the drive-thru employee. They all looked at me and walked to the back of the store; no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. The drive thru employee finally said something and I explained I received the incorrect beagle, she took it from me said somthing to another employee, this one small in stature between 5'2 andwalked that employee walked to the back. The drive-thru employee asked If I wanted the incorrect beagle back because they were going to toss it anyways, i respectfully declined. Another lady who came from the restroom walked behind the counter; once again did not ask if I was helped. The smaller employee who saw me and walked to the back, walked over to the cashier and proceed to stare at me, whisper "I don't know what she wants, did you ask her, no you ask her, why is she just standing there" to the point I turned and explained yet again that my order is incorrect and I would like my correct order. It took three people to fix my order: the small employee to open the package, the cashier to cut the beagle open and place it in the toaster, and the only guy to finally emerge from the back, after originally leaving as well, to take it out the toaster to give to me. The coffee I ordered was also not good. It had a chemical taste. I am a avid coffee drinker, and it simple was not good. The overall store was clean...
Read moreI’ve been coming here on a pretty regular basis for about six months. Usually there are no issues, and although this location tends to stay busy, the baristas are almost all wonderful and do their best to get customers and drinks taken care of well and in a timely manner. Recently they got a new manager (Emmanuel) who has, on multiple occasions, seemed unhelpful to his coworkers and ignored me entirely when I came in and he was at the register (too busy chatting with people in the store to take a second to take my order, even after making long eye contact multiple times, so I know he sees me waiting. Instead of pardoning himself and doing his job, he stepped aside and made me wait until someone stepped away from a busy bar to take care of me). There’s also a barista I don’t see often (Mazuca) who I’ve noticed does a lot of standing around when it’s busy, got my name WAY wrong even after I repeated it multiple times and scanned my code, and in general is much less polite than the rest of the staff.
Shout outs to Rosa, Cecilia, Faith, Sarah, Connor, Jacob, Madison, and Erica. Most of the staff here is...
Read moreLiterally the worst Starbucks to ever exist. Be prepared to wait in the DRIVE THRU for 30+ minutes. At any given time of the day. I don’t know if this store needs to hire more people or what, but this has gotten ridiculous. Not only do you have to wait in line forever, but your order will most likely be wrong. Also, the design of the parking lot and drive thru doesn’t work because of how long it takes to get your drink. If you park in a spot and there are 6 cars in line (which there usually are), you can’t get out of your spot. There are also multiple entrances and exits which have led to people cutting others. One woman rolled down her window and cussed me out because I wouldn’t let her cut me when there were 3 other cars behind me. She decided she couldn’t just drive around the store like everyone else to get in line. Seriously save yourself the headache and drive to Target for Starbucks or go to Belton. Both will treat you much better and get your order in a timely fashion. I will never go to this...
