Good Taste — Restaurant in Tenafly

PROS: This place is a typical Chinese food place. However, the lady speaks english well and never screws up an order. The cooks work very fast to make sure it can hit the 10 minute deadline.

CONS: The place is to small! you only have about 10 feet by 4 feet of space to stand in when your waiting for your food. Since it's to small there are no tables for you to eat in (if that's something you enjoy doing) and I do not think there's a bathroom for you. There is also no parking lot, unless you use stop n shops. Otherwise you have to park on the street. The biggest issue is that THE SOY SAUCE GIVES ME A STOMACH ACHE EACH TIME. I’ve always liked the food from here. So, when we had a bday for my son, I decided to order catering from them. Lomein and fried rice. I ordered and paid a couple of days in advance. But when I was picking up, they couldn’t find my order. When they finally did, they told us to wait for 10 minutes. No problem. First and will be LAST time here. Shrimp fried rice and steamed chicken dumplings. Rice was yellow, "Mexican" rice with an OVERLOAD of raw onion and shrimp were huge. But it had ZERO flavor. Blandest fried rice I've ever had. Dumplings were thick on dough, chicken (AGAIN) very bland and sauce was lacking in flavor.
