Great family dinner while traveling. We stopped here with our 2 elementary-aged kids on a whim because we'd seen it featured on Undercover Boss. The server greeted us at the door and introduced it as the "subway of Mexican food with fresh natural ingredients and all the toppings you could want." When I asked about a text Club to get any discounts, he told me kids meals were 99 cents with each adult meal purchased. We had to remind the cashier to ring up the discount. (Our total would have been $30 the way he rang it up initially.) We paid $21 for 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals even with the discount, which is the reason for the 4 stars. That's pricey, for fast food, in our experience. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and yummy. I got a Jr burrito and found it to be plenty of food, especially for my appetite while traveling. Every meal came with chips and salsa, as well as our choice of queso or guacamole, both of which had great flavor. We would definitely come here again! I personally like it better than Chipotle, which I would consider to be it's closest comparison. I like it better because they offer a Jr size, and because of the cheaper kids meals. One drawback: the ladies' room is a single stall. Quite a problem when traveling! UPDATE: the queso is an $1.19 up charge. Other chains offer it as an all-inclusive price. Update 2021: love the text club!! I always have rewards to spend!! It's so expensive: 3 bowls and a quesadilla, one drink, one queso, $48 total!!!!

Normally a big fan of Moe's but tonight's order was a complete disaster. We spent $49.36 and got short changed in so many ways. We payed for double meat on 3 orders and got what you see in the pics below. We got chips for each order but no salsa (4 meals - no salsa). We ordered a kid meal and they failed to include the apple juice and cookie. This is way to much money for that that kind of service and product we received. Save your money and go to Texas Roadhouse for less when this quarantine ends.

We went during dinner time. Lots of staff there. Some were working hard and some were hardly working. Some seemed happy to serve us, while the one making my meal got up from a booth where he was having a conversation with a friend and seemed put out to be making my food. After he was done, he went back to sit and talk to his friend almost the rest of the time we were eating. Soda machine was out of ice. Tables, floors, and salsa bar needed cleaning. Wouldn't recommend.

I have always been a fan of Moes, but after today I am not happy with their customer service. I have never had an issue with the management, employees, or feeling like a loyal customer. Today, I went in and ordered a John Coctostan, like always, and did not receive the amount of chicken that I always do. I politely asked for a little bit more and she told me that I would be charged extra. I became confused by that because there was not even enough chicken on it to begin with. The "full" scoop was easily a half scoop. When I got up to pay, I told the cashier that I always come here and never get told that I would be charged extra. Then the employees continued to talk about me addressing it once we sat down to eat our meal. I am very disappointed with the customer service at Moes in...

This was my first time trying this establishment so I didn't know how it worked. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and nice about explaining everything to me and stayed patient as I got confused and needed her to tell me a few things again. The burrito I had made was excellent. I got to pick what was on it and how much from a huge selection of items and sauces. They gave me a big bag full of chips and I could pick from several different salsas as much or as little as I wanted. The burrito was huge...big enough for 2 people. At first I thought $8 was kinda high for a burrito till I found out how huge it is and the chips and salsa are the included. They even have me a cup for water since it's pushing 100*F today. I highly...
