Only McDonaldâs in Texarkana that wonât honor deals or coupons and complete purchases via the app. Was fully charged online via app & Apple Pay, clearly saw it on the restaurant screen via drive thru (the deal being honored and the total being the one I paid for on my phone and my bank account already reflecting it). Thereâs something wrong they do at this place where the deal doesnât get honored by the time you get to the cashier window. The clueless worker was telling me I was short about $4 (I got the get 10 chicken nuggets get second one for 1 cent deal). That amount was for the second order of 10 chicken nuggets. I was being fully charged for it. I wouldnât get a second order of those at all if it wasnât for the âdealâ. They made me park. Manager cancelled my $25 or so order at my request. She was nice but clearly not tech savvy and didnât understand how the app works. If she is the one training the employees, it makes sense they are all are getting the wrong training. This was the third time that happened there. I donât live in that neighborhood, so I donât necessarily go to that location often (and I wouldnât go to McDonaldâs often anyway). First time I thought it was odd and maybe something wrong with the app. Second time was suspicious because I went to a location nearby after similar incident and my deal was honored there without issue. Third time was the last straw. I definitely canât go back there because deals are totally honored and fine at other locations in town. This happened March 4. Itâs March 14 and I havenât been refunded for the $25 and the food I never got. I expect lots of lawsuits in the future against McDonaldâs and this app because restaurants wonât refund you for anything...
   Read moreThink Iâve finally learned my lesson NEVER to stop here for a quick bite to eat, ever again. I pull up to the drive through window and order a large spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal with a MOCHA frappe, and extra ketchup. Firstly, the older lady working the register seemed to be irritated by the other lady working the intercom taking the orders and her inability to send an order back to the pos system in a timely fashion. Due to this I repeat my order back to the lady working the register. So now, both of these ladies have been informed of my order. I pull up to the window to receive said order, only for them to once again, forget the ketchup (as they love to do at this location). They ask me to pull up as Iâm now waiting on my frappe. A younger lady comes out with my frappe, except itâs a caramel frappe and not the mocha I had asked for both of which employees forgot to give me a straw to DRINK said frappe. Once I get to my destination and I start digging in the bag, instead of the LARGE fry that came with my meal I was given a small⌠go figure. I open my âspicy deluxeâ only to discover they had given me a regular deluxe. Not a SINGLE aspect of my order came out correct. This seems to be a reoccurring event at this location, except today Iâm officially fed up. This place more than deserves to be shut down, at the VERY least they need to clean house and get their current, incompetent staff...

I arrived around 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 25, 2013. I walked in to use the restroom, an employee came in behind me, used the restroom and left without washing his hands...guess who is right there to take my order...yep, him.
I am giving him my order and when I'm finished he looks at me and repeats the very last thing that I said...he got nothing else. I repeated it again. He takes my reciept and does something other than put it on a tray or hand it to me. Another employee goes to make the milkshake from my order. She just leaves it on the counter where other patrons are. Does something else, and then comes back to put the whipped cream on it.
My order finally gets finished and the first guy left off something I ordered and the manager acted like it was my fault for "obviously" not saying what I wanted as the dirty handed employee watches on.
We got in the car and the cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers. I've never seen so many employees running around at one McDonalds, yet they were still behind and still couldn't get orders correct or prepare the food effectively.
If you are in the Texarkana area and searching for a McDonalds, find another one. I would call corporate, they'd probably send me a $5 gift card, but nothing would change. Hopefully this will shame management into...
