We have had nothing but bad experiences with this location. The first few times, it was easier to consider that everyone has an off time. At this point, it is obvious this establishment is off all the time. From constantly receiving food that is poorly prepared and never receiving our complete order with sauces, we will no longer be supporting this business. A couple occasions that come to mind off the bat are: I placed a carryout order one day before leaving work. It is a 30 minute drive minimum to Domino's from my job. When I got there, the man had me pay for my order and then handed it to me. I was missing the cinnamon bread so I mentioned it. He said it was in the oven and would be right out. I decided to just sit in the store and wait. After 20 minutes of sitting there listening to the 3 guys in the kitchen talk about "World of Warcraft" and video games, along with a cuss word being every other word out of their mouths, one of them says, "What is that lady waiting on?" The same guy that said my bread was in the oven says, "She's waiting on cinna-sticks, I need to make them and get them in the oven." 20 minutes later I was given the bread and I walked to the car. I saw two delivery drivers come and go 3 times while waiting inside! Before driving off I checked everything, I mean the pizza was already cold so I don't know why it mattered, but I noticed I was missing 4 sauces. None of the sauces I ordered were given to me. Ridiculous! I placed another online order and got stuck at work, so my mom said she would pick it up. She gets to the store 20-30 minutes after it is ordered and after the tracker says it is done. She gives them the name and he tells her they have no orders under that name. She asks him to check again and then calls me, I verify it is the location on Palmer Hwy. The man continues to tell her it is not there. She hangs up and I call the store. He tells me that they never received my order. I ask about the tracker and he says it has to be at a different location. I give him the address of the Domino''s the tracker is telling me to pick up my order at and it is that one. After 10-15 minutes of going back and forth, my order magically appears under the counter where the man had been standing the whole time. Ordered a delivery order for some friends I had over. One requested stuffed cheesy bread and marinara dipping sauce. She preferred it over their pizza. The order arrives and she opens the cheesy bread and it looks like a flatbread pizza, only thinner! No cheese stuffed in there because it was flat as a board. At that point it did not really matter that the marinara sauce was also forgotten.
The list could go on and on. The delivery drivers have always been so kind, except one who seemed annoyed as soon as I opened the door. There are plenty of other pizza places we can order from here in Texas City, but we kept giving Domino's the benefit of the doubt....
Read moreOrdered a pizza on June 12th thru the app. I spent a total of 31.86. I waited for the delivery, the app alerted me that my pizza had been delivered. I open the door and found no pizza. I call the store, got no answer. So I drove up there, as I pulled into the parking lot ...a individual named Zack pick the phone up and ask for me to hold. 8 mins on the line only to be ask to hold some. I said yes, but I went into the store only to watch Zack on the phone taking another order. I explained the issue about my pizza and other items saying they were be delivered. He very casual said that the app will mark something as being delivered even when it wasn't. I didn't believe a word he said about that. He check his computer and told me my pizza was on the way, so I left and went back home. 15 mins later and no pizza...total wait time 1 hour. I called back to the store, and when someone eventually pick up, which was Zach again...I told him to cancel my order and issue a refund. He said he would do that, and that it was taken care of. 6 days later no money had been returned to me. I stop by the store to ask for a copy of receipt that the refund had been done. Only to find out he hadn't...
Read moreI have never been so disappointed with services until now. I preordered 2 hours before event(which was suggested) to be delivered by a certain time only for my order to never show up. As 15 minutes past from the expected delivery time past I called to see how far the driver was and I was told 5 minutes according to the maps location but I waited outdoor about 10 minutes hoping they’d show up and was given the excuse that drivers called in. By the time the event was over I called to cancel all while holding for 10 mins while driving to the actual store on my way home to personally cancel the order. Got to the store with no one in the lobby only to wait entirely too long to receive a refund because they were too busy calling the driver to bring pizza back to the store.
