Bahama Buck's The Colony — Restaurant in Texas

Honestly I love their snow cones I just hate the service. I stopped by on Friday for a pick up I did it said in the app it would be ready at 457 I was in the shop and about 7 to 8 teenage employees were inside just gossiping and hugging each other which I thought it was very unprofessional. You would think since they had so many people on that shift thay orders would be done faster but no they didn't do anything so my order wasn't ready for pick up till 510. At least have a grown up at the shop to keep them in check and get service out faster. Otherwise they are just taking advantage of the shop and slacking off which is going to be bad in the future. Also their attitudes are horrible when I asked one girl about my order she just looked at me annoyed like I'm bothering her in her chit chat with the rest. I usually go to the bahama bucks on Campbell rd I might as well keep going...

Bahama bucks as a whole is a great company. The Key is it be a repeat customer and friendly with the staff.

The Colony location is very very new and my 1st experience was not the best.

I ordered several cups of snow online and when I got them they were half melted because they were not put in the deep freezer.

When I tried to explain to the young lady she spoke over me and told me that I shouldn't have placed my order so early. I've experienced this at other locations (except Mckinney I would give them 5 stars easy)

It wasn't until I asked for a refund did she pipe down and agree to remake my cups. They were not 100 percent full there was about 1.5 at the top. But I didn't push it.

If I am in the area I may try the location again. But I will only order at the drive thru, and not online again.

As much as I love and frequent this location, and I frequent it often, I'm learning that you'll have your best service experience depending on who is working that day. Today something as simple as a plastic dome lid became an issue for the team. I asked for the lids, which they have BEEN doing, and was given the ice dome. I said oh no I meant the actual plastic dome lid. She comes back with flat ice tops, no lids. So I said no....I need the actual plastic dome lids because I'm driving. She held up a FLAT plastic lid and said this? Lol no. And then proceeds to tell me they don't do plastic dome lids because it's "too hard" to do.....when previous teams were the ones who offered and successfully executed these in previous orders. So yeah great product and location but hopefully yall don't get...
