Frankly , these review are over the top . first off, can we just simply point out that these workers are HUMANS , just like you and I we make mistake their not perfect. So yeah they do forgot things but so do u ., and honestly they need to have more credit then they are given like they go through over 1 billions of clients who has different masses of order . The clients aren't really the nicest they will get mad when you ask them to repeat themselves, and get really upset when they get their order wrong like speak up the surrounding is loud and they gotta listen through a headset . like they expect their food to be done by the time they finish ordering like what ?!! Where the common sense u just order like 30 items and you said u want everything fresh . keep in mind tho that their also working the front and cooking for the people that's also in the front . and they want better service but take like 45 mins to talk and take out their money . like come on people its a cause and effect , if your taking your precious time to drive to the window amd take out the money that will cause them to wait on u which will slow the whole thing down and might cause others food to become cold. The clients have no table manners like they leave their trashes around when their like a trash can like 3 inches from them , and all you gotta do is clean up after yourself . just like we go through thing so do they. Read moreCame in tonight to get a quick little meal for my children and myself to only feel like I have wasted my $17.00. Walked in and seen they had a big heaping warm fries passing them out like hot cakes so I knew I needed to ordered fries with no salt to make sure they were hot n fresh. Well a rush comes in behind me in the lobby and the drive thru line got long as well. So 20 minutes later we receive warm fries because the fries came out the dryer and sat there til they actually put them in the fry box and on our tray. Mind you the tray holding our burgers and nuggets had been sitting on the counter the entire time. So for $17.00 I ended up with 4 cold ass bacon cheeseburgers that looked under cooked, cheese wasn't even melted or bent like it had received any warmth to it, some barely there microwaveable sickly looking bacon, 1 cold ass dbl cheeseburger and some dried out hard as a rock chicken nuggets my six yr old could barely chew. Wanted to go back to the front to complain but was too tired to do so. Then they didn't have any ice in the drink machine and the young kid seemed to possess a attitude because folks was asking him to fill their cups with ice since they obviously had ice to hand out through drive thru. Read moreNo STARS! This place has a long history of giving poor service. They spend a lot of time and creativity trying to cover their inefficiency. It they would put as much effort to improving instead of cheating and lying, they would be able to improve.
Their common trick is that they would ask you to move around to the other side and wait, even when there was no one behind you. It happened so often, that if finally upset me and I said no, because there was no one behind me. They argued with me and said I was "messing up their time".
Now that there is construction, they have a new trick. They can't ask you to go around to the other side because of the fence. Now, they stick a dust pan out the window to prevent you from rolling up to the window and having the clock start ticking. Why don't they just look to improve instead of looking like they are doing their job by cheating?
Once, I was inside a man brought back his burger it was almost raw. The attitude the manager gave him was horrible. He told her he was going to call corporate and complain and she defiantly said "go ahead" pointed at her badge and said "here is my name, spell it right".
